Offshore Support Vessel (OSV) Release Version 2.1 (Prepared August 2013)

System Requirement
Operating System: - Windows XP 32-Bit Professional SP 3 - Windows 7 32-Bit - Windows 7 64-Bit Software Installed: - Internet Explorer v6.0 or Higher - MS Office 2003, 2007, or 2010 Professional - Adobe Acrobat Reader Hardware requirement - Intel Pentium 1.0 GHz Processor or faster - At least 1GB of RAM (2 GB or higher is recommended) - At least 3 GB free space on the hard disk (prefer 3 GB or higher) - At least 16mb video adapter & monitor with 1024x768 or higher resolution - CD-ROM or DVD-ROM drive

Prerequisite Software
- .NET Framework 3.5 or higher. (In case .NET Framework 3.5 is not installed, please contact CSC to install the same) - Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable (included in the setup)

4) Clicking on Yes would bring up the following screen with the default installation directory in C drive.

2. If the license file doesnt exist or has expired, the window on ABS Licensing will be displayed. Click Register to generate the license request file.

Enter correct information and click OK. The license request file will be generated in the installation folder, <Installation Drive>:\ABS\OSV\License. For example, C:\ABS\OSV\License \Req_OSV_001A4BB9140E.xml. 4. Email the license request file to licensing@eagle.org. 5. Once you receive the new license file from ABS, copy the new license file to application installation folder (same folder for license request file), ... \ABS\OSV\License. Eg : C:\ABS\OSV\License \Lic_OSV_001A4BB9140E.xml. 6. Double click on the OSV icon on your desktop to run the application.

Scope
This software is based on the ABS Rule for Building and Classing Offshore Support Vessels, published on March 2013. This also supports stand-alone integration with HGSA and Stiffener Library application.
