Excavate oversite to road formation, 500mm deep including get out, trim, level and grade formation to form required falls, cambers and gradients and compacted with 10 ton roller. 50 mm thick sand blanket subgrade to be compacted at 85% of its dry density at optimum moisture contents, free from organic materials, spread, level and compacted. 200mm (consolidated) thick compacted crusher run base course laid in two layers of 150mm thick per layer ad described with all interstices filled watering and blinding surface and rolling with an 8 ton roller 50mm thick binder course of 40mm aggregate asphaltic concrete mix, laid consolidated and rolled with 6 ton rolled with 6 ton roller to falls, chambers and gradients including spraying a layer of prime coat. 40mm thick compacted asphaltic mix wearing course of 20mm aggregate, laid consolidated and rolled with 6 ton roller to falls, camber and gradients including spraying a layer of tack coat.
