Big Card project Dec 2010 Nov 2011 Co-operative Financial Services (CFS), UK COBOL, JCL, CICS As part of the business engagements / improvements a new project called Big Card Project has been started off to cater CFS's Credit Cards Portfolio. BCP is a Migration project of CFS's Credit Cards portfolio from existing to First Vision system. This project involves a huge number of

integration between existing and FirstVision System. Post Live Conversion of BCP business would benefit a lot from the new system with enhanced features allowing the daily operations much more efficient. Opt out of Pay Decisions Dec 2009 Dec 2010 Royal Bank Of Scotland COBOL, JCL, CICS and DB2 As an outcome of its study on the provision of Personal Current Accounts and the related charges levied by banks, the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) has proposed that customers should be provided transparency and a greater control to avoid such charges. The OOPD project is an attempt to provide more control to customers giving them the ability to Opt in or out of Pay Decisions through various channels. Online Banking, CAO, Telephony, Postal and Back Office are the different channels though which Customers can arrange an Opt in or an Opt out decision on their accounts. I prepared the application Design for the backoffice platform by gathering the requirements form UK Tech Spec. I was also sent to onsite(Dublin, Ireland) for implementation of the project. Stepped creditor interest (SCI) Dec 2008 June 2009 Royal Bank Of Scotland COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2 This project was to implement 5 change requests related to the SCI functionality. All the changes were for the online system which involved TOR CICS modules and AOR DB2 modules. The project was to developed three new screens in mainframe Manage Opt In To opt the customer in a particular SCI campaign, SCI History Enquiry - provides the history of SCI rates accrued on the account, Account enquiry displays the SCI campaign details in which the customer is opt in. I designed all the three CICS screens and the corresponding programs and gathered information from Tech Specialist in UK and raised CMRs to implement the changes in production. The intention for taking this project was not only to build an understanding of the platform before we deliver larger projects but also to build a good relationship with UK managers and showcase our technical process. The project was delivered smooth with high quality. I received a Thank You certificate for my efforts in making it the first zero defect System Testing and UAT deliverable from Core System.
