Description Business Partnering Supporting Management in proactively assessing, identifying, acquiring and developing the human capital required to execute business strategy. HR Technology Proficiency with HR technology tools including: PeopleSoft, HR Direct, GCP, HPD, 360 Feedback, Bravo, eTalent, LMS,VPA Able to advise business managers and employees on use of systems to accomplish HR processes Staffing Partner with managers to effectively assess and identify human resource requirements, essential skill set and resource planning. Drive the staffing satisfaction metrics on a quarterly basis, part of HR forums. Review actions for drop in scores Organizational & Talent Development Drive Cross SBU MRR's for ACS India, drive talent movement opportunities by implementing MRR actions. Build & propose Talent Management process to drive ACS SBU's MRR's (Mini MRR's). Lay down Best Bets Development Framework - Top Talent Development approach. Critical roles identification and succession plan..Manage performance management process.Provide coaching for managers.Administer PIP and disciplinary processes. Work with managers on TNI needs. Compensation and Benefits Demonstrate thorough understanding and application of compensation and benefits principles, concepts, practices, and standards.Manage the GCP process providing advice and guidance to managers, ensuring deadlines met and differentiation for performance.Educate managers about

compensation programs and policies. Employee / Labour Relations Understand the business culture and employee mindset Implement Positive Employee Relations strategies Possess strong sense of sound management practice Serve as employee advocate and actively listen to employee ideas and concerns Know when to elevate problems and seek guidance from experts Coach leaders on how to handle human resource issues Partner in the execution of HGCLP Partner in the OEF based initiatives for HAIL/ACS. Partner in the execution of Business Initiatives Employee Engagmenet :SBU Engagement Calendar and share with business leadership. Plan and share regional engagement calendar. Track and report progress of activities in HR forums. Work with the business leaders for the monthly Bravo Reward process .
