INFORMATION
The undersigned Assistant City Prosecutor accused RICO BLANCO Y RIOS of the crime of Murder under Article 299 of the Revised Penal Code, committed as follows: That on or about November 15, 2011 in the City of San Pablo, Republic of the Philippines and within the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, the accused above-named, with intent to gain, entered the warehouse of one JANICE BELEN, by then and there destroying the window, an opening not intended for entrance or egress, and once inside removed the spare parts of an owner type jeep, then willfully, unlawfully and feloniously take, steal and carry away several spare parts from the engine of the owner-type jeep, amounting to Sixty Thousand (Php60,000.00) Philippine currency, belonging to said Janice Belen, to the damage and prejudice of the said offended party, in the total amount of Php60,000.00 pesos.
