How can I confirm the network switch for the servers is set at full duplex? (I found out during the middle of an outage a few weeks ago that a Dallas network s witch was set at half duplex, causing extremely slow backups and restorals.) Wo uld it be best to create a Vantive ticket for each and refer to the network help desk? If so, what Vantive workgroup should the tickets be referred to?
