So what does the Internet really mean for our everyday working lives? It means hours wasted by junk e-mail, the loss of human contact, and drowning in a sea of information. And as a medium for conducting business with the outside world, we could even say that its disadvantageous. Many so-called international businesses are tiny operations with hardly any resources. I strongly believe that most natural business relationships are face-to-face, not virtual. This is surely the only way to measure and judge any future partner.

Its true that there are millions of impressive web-sites, which provide useful information, but who knows what is lurking behind them? The Web is susceptible to piracy and plagiarism. Its difficult to control the flow of information. Security can be a problem. And providing personal details is risky if they fall into the wrong hands. And finally, if we ask ourselves the question What does the Internet actually produce?, the answer is, nothing. Its only a source of information, like a giant filing cabinet, but much less reliable. rhetorical device 1 2 3 4 5 6 example

I am tired of all the parking problems here. The other day I noticed that some employees even park in the disabled parking spaces because there is not enough space. So I want to change our parking policy. I think we should end the practice of having reserved parking spaces for management. Some people dont use them, and a lot of us can come here on public transport. There are a few people who can only get to work by car, and I think we should keep a few spaces for them. The rest of the spaces should be on a first-come-first-served basis, i.e. if you want a space youll have to get up early. The most important thing is that we keep the customer parking strictly for customers. Naturally, the disabled parking spaces are for disabled people only. Inform people that the new rules will come into force next Monday. Make it very clear that if anyone parks in the disabled parking spaces theyll be clamped!
