(On-Camera and/or Voiceover) I, the undersigned, agree to provide my services free of charge as an actor (on-camera and/or voiceover) in an audio-video

production (the Movie) that is being developed and produced by the Team listed below for Campus MovieFest, a student movie-making event (Event) that is run by Ideas United, LLC (IU). I hereby acknowledge that, in accordance with the Movie Release being signed by the Team members in connection with their participation in the Event, IU shall be the sole and exclusive owner of the Movie, and IU and its successors, licensees, assigns (collectively "Producers") shall have the right (but not the obligation) to use, exhibit and exploit the Movie, or any portion thereof, in any and all media, now known or hereafter devised, throughout the universe in perpetuity. For purposes of copyright and similar laws, the results and proceeds of my services in connection with the Movie shall be deemed a work for hire, and to the extent that the "work for hire" provisions are insu cient under the laws of any country to vest sole and exclusive ownership in IU, I hereby assign IU all rights to the results and proceeds of my services in connection with the Movie. In furtherance of the foregoing, I hereby grant Producers the right to use my name, voice, likeness, performance and appearance in connection with any use of the Movie or any portion of the Movie. I acknowledge that the Movie may be edited, re-arranged, excerpted and/or utilized in any manner whatsoever, in the sole discretion of Producers. In consideration of IU and the Team allowing me to participate in the production of the Movie, I hereby release Producers and their respective employees, agents, directors, o cers and representatives, as well as the Team members, from any and all claims whatsoever arising out of the use of my name, performance, voice and/or any likenesses, photographs, portraits, reproductions and sound recordings embodied in the Movie, including, without limitation, any claims arising out of my right of privacy or right of publicity, defamation (including libel or slander) or similar rights, any claims to compensation or other consideration for any use of the Movie or any portion of the Movie whatsoever, and any claims based on distortions, optical illusions or faulty mechanical reproductions of any such images. I expressly acknowledge that IU and the Team are relying on the terms of this Release in producing the Movie, and accordingly, all of the rights, grants and waivers given by me are unconditional and irrevocable. I expressly waive any and all claims for rescission, termination, or any other kind of injunctive or equitable relief pertaining to the Movie or any use thereof. I represent and warrant that: (1) I am free to enter this Release, (2) I am over the legal age of majority, (3) there is no agreement, commitment or circumstance with a third party or otherwise that might impair or diminish the rights of Producers hereunder, (4) any materials created, developed or furnished by me in connection with the Movie, and the use of such materials, will not infringe upon or violate any rights of any kind or nature whatsoever of any third party, and (5) I have given this consent and release voluntarily and with full knowledge and understanding of its terms. This Release constitutes my entire agreement with IU, the Team and/or Producers with respect to the Movie and may only be modi ed by a written agreement signed by IU, all Team members, and the applicable individual(s) signing this Release.
