How to Start a New Business

Fresh graduates are through with wonderful academics, but they are absolutely raw about what they are going to face in their practical and professional life. This program is aimed at preparing the youth to take up the challenges of real life. During the week of exhaustive work, the youth will be injected with some most needed skills and knowledge. The program will begin with discovering their own selves first. They will be given a vision of life to make the best out of it. The Program Leader: Mr. Tahir Chaudhry is the President and CEO of Pakistan Institute of Entrepreneurship, Islamabad and also the President, Computer Society of Pakistan Rawalpindi/Islamabad Chapter, by virtue of which he also serves on the Central Executive Council of the Computer Society of Pakistan. Tahir has 25 years experience of sales & Marketing of IT Infrastructure Development & Support. He is a career counselor and turnaround specialist. Customer support & HR Development are his favorite subjects. He has been a consultant and implementation member of several of Pakistans IT initiatives including IT Policy Evaluation, ISO Certification, CMMi and BS7799 Information Security Standards. He is also a Member of the Corporate Advisory Council of SEECS-NUST, RIPHAH Advisory Council for Excellence (RACE), Advisory Council in Mohammad Ali Jinnah University and has served as judge and mentor on different programs at various institutions and forums. He is Regional Coordinator (North) for Cambridge Advisors Network & MIT Forum Pakistan in BAP for Universities & Professional Companies. He is also General Secretary at Human Resources Forum Islamabad.
