I cant stand America college life. I like my teachers and classmates, but I dont like the system
of daily classes, assignments, and tests. In my country, students have more freedom and less structure. They dont
have to attend lectures or seminars every day. They dont do homework or have quizzes in their courses. They just
have to get a certificate of completion for a certain number of courses. The certificate is proof of attendance. After
three to five years of attendance, they take final exams. If they pass these important tests, they get a university
degree.

Piranhas live in enormous packs, or shoals. They spend most of their time hunting for
food. Rivers are their primary habitat although, as a result of massive flooding, they may
occasionally find their way into lakes. But it is thought that they are unable to breed outside of
rivers. Piranhas have voracious appetites, and they seek river locations that have plentiful fish
supplies. They are found in any well-stocked river within their natural habitat.
The piranha hunts with speed and by surprise. The typical way in which the piranha
attacks is by swimming directly into a shoal of fish. The attacked shoal scatters in all directions,
and the piranha quickly overpowers individual fish. Small fish are swallowed whole. Larger prey
have chunks ripped out of them, which the piranha swallows instantly so it can immediately take
another bite.

Grazing? Thats right, grazing--eating six or more small meals each day. This alternative
eating style may provide several benefits. Grazing can help to maintain a healthy weight, lower
blood cholesterol, and control blood sugar. This eating plan can also help regulate appetite,
increase metabolic rate, and allow for better absorption of nutrients. Grazing also matches an
active, on-the-go lifestyle.
Mini-meals are not snacks eaten between larger meals. Instead they are a variety of small
portions eaten throughout the day. The real challenge with this eating style is eating enough
servings from each food group while not over-eating. Each mini-meal should be thought out and
selected from nutritious foods, just as you would with your other meals.
A few tips can help you master grazing. Keep each mini-meal about the same size to
avoid over-eating and yet satisfy your appetite. Appetiser-size portions in restaurants and at home
are about the right size for mini-meals. You dont have to plan six or more different little meals
each day. You could instead take the meals you eat now and divide them up throughout the day.
Grazing may not be for everyone. For some, frequent snacking could lead to overeating.
Obesity experts generally advise that overweight people not graze since it may promote mindless
eating. In addition, eating many times throughtout the day may be inconvenient for some.
Remember that ultimately it is not how or when you eat that matters, but what you eat.
The most important thing is to choose an eating style that matches your personal needs and lifestyle
and helps you make the best food choices possible.

While its true that there is still something inherently annoying about mobile phones (Ive just got
to be in touch at all times), they have become a regular and essential feature of modern living. So if youre going
to be a mobile phone user-and honestly, who isnt by now? - just do it politely, please.
Mobile Dos :
1. Do make your conversations brief. It doesnt matter how good your mobile is : its always hard
to hear what someone is saying on a mobile, and its not pleasant for anyone. And didt you say
when you got your phone that you would use it just to let people know when you were
running late?
2. Do use it as a dating device. If you give out your mobile number, your admirer never knows
where you are, and you therefore seem very mysterious and glamorous.
3. Do use it for chatting if you are trapped somewhere extremely boring, like when theres a long
line to check in at the airport.
Mobile Donts :
1. Dont use that hands-free device-it makes you look like youre talking to yourself.
2. Dont give out your number to someone you dont want using it. This may seem obvious, but
its been known to happen that people have given out their number and then been annoyed to
receive a call which cost them a lot of money when they were abroad.
3. Dont use it in restaurants, cinemas, libraries or anywhere it might annoy other people (unless
the call is extremely brief and you excuse yourself).
4. Dont raise your voice. Unreliable technology means that some people feel the need to scream.
Please dont. No one else wants to hear about your business.
5. Dont use your phone while on a date. Weve seen it happen.
