The Oxford College of Engineering is a premiere Institute under the flagship of The Oxford Group of Institutions. This educational endeavor is the vision of renowned educationist, Sri. S Narasa Raju, Founder Chairman of the Children's Education Society (Regd.) which was established in 1974. Sri. SNVL Narasimha Raju, is the Executive Director of The Oxford Group of Institutions who has transformed every dream of founder chairman into reality. The Oxford Educational Institutions, well-known for Academic excellence cover entire spectrum of educational activity from kinder garden to Professional programs in different disciplines like Engineering, Dental, Management Executive and Information Technology, Nursing, Pharmacy, Law, Journalism and Science. These institutions are mainly located in Bangalore, India. The Oxford College of Engineering provides quality training in professional education in various undergraduate & post graduate programs in Engineering, Masters in Computer Application (MCA) and in Business Administration (MBA). The institute has an active IEEE Student Branch and IEEE Women in Engineering (WIE), the largest international professional organization dedicated to promoting engineers and scientists. Department of Master of Computer Applications (MCA) was established in the year 2001. This course is a three year post-graduate programme in Computer Applications affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belgaum, Karnataka, India and approved by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. The objective of the program is to produce IT professionals who excel in the field of Computer Applications and are sought after by different sectors of education, industry, business and government. In addition to the academic and curricular activities, the students of this department are encouraged to actively participate in co-curricular activities. The department frequently conducts inter-collegiate IT festMagnetics, Workshops, Symposiums, Industrial visits & National and International Conferences. The department is a recognized Research & Development Center of VTU and has research scholars pursuing Ph.D. Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering is fully geared to cater for the need of the industry. It is equipped with excellent infrastructure. Faculty of the department are well experienced and well qualified to meet the requirements of students with latest cutting edge technology in the area of communication, signal processing and VLSI Design. The department offers Bachelor of Engineering programme in Electronics & Communication Engineering and M.Tech courses in Digital Electronics and Communication, Digital Communication and Networking and VLSI & Embedded Systems. The department has an R&D Centre approved by Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) that has undertaken vital research work sponsored by various government agencies.

C2SPCA
CSPCA 2013 would offer a forum to the academicians, researchers and students to interact with experts in emerging trends in various areas. We invite original and unpublished work from individuals active in the broad theme of the conference. The conference is technically sponsored by IEEE Photonic Society Bangalore chapter (India), IETE New Delhi, Institution of Engineers, India, Computer Society of India, Bangalore Chapter and Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belgaum, India. The conference proceedings will be published by Conference Publication Services (CPS) with ISBN/ISSN number. All the papers will be reviewed and the accepted papers in the conference will be published in the IEEE Xplore. In addition, few accepted papers (for Journals) will be published in the International Journal of Computer Applications -IJCA, USA as special issues journals after substantial revision and modification.

Poster Presentation
Poster Session advertises your research. It combines text and graphics to make a visually pleasing presentation. Typically, professional poster involves showing your work to numerous researchers at the conference. This can take place in one large room, several smaller rooms, or even on balcony. Then, as viewers walk by, your poster should quickly and efficiently communicate your research. Poster Session allows viewers to study your information and discuss it with you one on one. You may also be required to give short presentations on your research every ten or fifteen minutes to the audiences. Remember - poster should not be research paper tacked on a board! It should be a concise, visually pleasing, illustration of your work.

Call For Papers

CSPCA 2013 welcomes original, quality research contributions that advance the state of the art in the communication, control, signal processing and computing applications. Only original unpublished contributions are solicited for presentation. Plagiarism in any form will lead to outright rejection of the paper. Prospective authors are invited to submit full papers (limited to 6 pages in IEEE Manuscript formats as per templates available at http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html), in English, through online submission at https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=c2spca2013 . All papers will be blind-reviewed by at least two independent reviewers and the authors will be notified about the acceptance via email. Authors are solicited to contribute to this conference by submitting original papers of their research results, projects, survey works and industrial experiences describing significant advances in the following areas:
