Self motivation, in my view, plays a vital role in a person's life to achieve his particular goal or to get a particular job. Teachers and your guides can give you motivational lectures for a day or two and you can implement on them for some time. But as the time passes those lectures becomes dim in our mind. So, until or unless we do not motivate our self every time, we cannot achieve our desired goal.

Its very important that one needs to have passion in whichever field u get into otherwise howmuch ever one tries to motivate u it wouldnt hve much unless n until one has a passion n self motivated.. Self motivation n getting motivated by others r two diff things.get self motivated n u can discover the real happiness..

Good job is the product of smart work, which eliminates the need of recursion of work. Good job is also desirable, praised and performing same is a good practice to adapt. Having all these properties over else, itself motivates me, which in turn accelerate me to progress. :)
