Summary: 30 original pages, printed [88 scanned pages]; contains several documents,
published between 1994 and 1998. The first document is an open letter from Usama Bin
Laden to the Muslims of the world, especially in the Arabian Peninsula, sharply
criticizing the American presence in the Peninsula, the Saudi government and rulers, and
the religious scholars under royal patronage; the rest of the file contains nine
communiques (eight of which are signed by Bin Laden) and published by the London
Office of the Advice and Reform Society, critical of the Saudi government.
