REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

Students are required to register at the venue and date stated in the Offer Letter. Please bring the following documents during Registration Day: CHECK LIST Offer Letter or Pre-printed Conditional Offer Letter via Online Applications; Pre-printed Registration Form via Online Applications; Original and Certified true copy of actual/forecast SPM/O-Level, STPM/ALevel/Other equivalent results , Original and Certified true copy of MUET result (for STPM holders); Original and Certified true copy of Identification Card/Passport; Minimum fee payment of RM1,550.00 or a balance of RM1,000.00 (if student has made an initial payment of RM550.00). Payments are to be made by Cash/Credit Card/CIMB Clicks/Cheque/Bank Draft/Postal Order Money Order, made payable to UNIVERSITI TUN ABDUL RAZAK SDN BHD or directly bank-in to UNIRAZAK's CIMB Current Account No. 14260000443108 and present the bank-in slip during the registration as a proof of payment. ; The completed Letter of Guarantee and Indemnity (LGI) Form.
