Security and Safety Department (18 Staff In-House) - To check daily staff attendant. - To brief and advise Head Department on daily operation. - To check daily operation report check list. - To check and approve monthly duty roster arrangement. - To check and approve Purchase Requisition quotation on operation matter. - To advise and guide Head Department to make a statement and report on any cases arise which need Police Attention. Marketing Department (1 Staff) - To brief and convince the potential tenant the building status for rental. - To guide staff to ensure tenant abide standard building Rules and Regulation by the authorities during renovation period. - To follow up list of potential tenants that came for inquiries.
