A devoted individual who is accountable for the maintenance of the systems so that they work fluently. You will have to revise and update the system regularly according to the requirements of the organization. Maintaining existing software, hardware and upgrading them.

Masters in Computer Microsoft certified system engineer (MCSE) status or Cisco certified internetwork expert (CCIE)

Web developer

An innovative web developer who has creative software programming skills. Must be proficient in HTML, JavaScript, XML and other such tools. You should also be accountable for the design, layout and maintenance of different websites.

Masters in computers along with working experience at a reputable or regular organization.

30,000 Per Month

Advertising medium to be used:

The advertising medium that Im going to use would be newspapers and the social media. Newspapers reach a wide market and at the same time the advertising costs would be economical too. Other than newspapers I would use social media as a tool to advertise these positions. As we all know social media is accessible to almost every potential applicant, and with the advent of facebook, LinkedIn, and twitter, Id be able to reach the potential applicants in the most cheap and effective way. Id be asking bloggers to post about these vacancies so that would cover another part of my potential applicants. Id also distribute flyers so that those that dont get attracted by my ads on the internet can avail the opportunity too. Finally, Id visit established computer network centres and ask the skilled employees to meet me in person outside their workplace and I would make job proposals to them so that I can use their experience in my organization. I know this might sound unethical, but I would only do so if their organization does not have any strict policy against employees interacting with employers of other organizations
