Summery: - Manpower Resourcesing and developing employees to create a winning team that will help organization to achieve the ultimate goal of building world class services.

HR MANAGEMENT: 01.Planing and Timely recruitment of Outlet / Factory and Service Staff and coordinating with Branch and FH for the same. 02.Ensuring S.O.P. compliance for the recruitment. 03.Ensuring dress code compliance in coordination with Branch for the same. 04.Timely disbursement of salary and Compliance of S.O.P. for the same. 05.Maintaning and Updating records related to Recruitment & Salary Disbursement and other HRIS 06.Maintain proper records of HR issues 07.Employee (CSA, Workers) Incentive disbursement on time. 08.Keeping track of all Employees performance regularly and sending feedback about of poor performers. 9.Visit minimum one branch & three outlets every month, and review implementation of HR Policy. INDUCTION AND ORIENTATION :

01.Devise a proper induction schedules for all the employee who join ABC Ltd and ensure timely execution of the same. 02.Orgnize detailed Induction & Orientation program to each category before the employee is placed at work. 03.Combine refresher courses with Induction and Orientation schedules for existing employees. 04.For newly joining employees at Branches outside Corporate Office the Induction & Orientation should be scheduled within a month of his joining at the branch. TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT : 01.To identify training needs for all employees in structured manner and compile the over all data and accommodate the same Training Program. 02.To make groups of training needs identified and prepare a training calendar according to the needs identified. 03.Assessment and evaluation of Training Programs. 04.Preparing training budget on the basis of Training Calendar and timely review of the same. 05.Tracking and Updating man-hour training. 06.Ensure new trainers orientation & keep track of trainers contract and renewal. 07.MDP program nomination and successful coordination. 08.To ensure at least 2 Behavioral and 5 Product Training Programs is conducted every month. 09.Ensure maximum nominations from different departments related to there core area in Corporate Trainings. 10.Developing new Training Modules as per the need. 11.Update & keeping track of Training records and feedback. EMPLOYEE COMMUNICATION : 1.To keep track of Birthdays / Festivals / Marriages or any other occasions and send the greetings to communicate the sentiments for the same. 2.Keeping Update all the employee about latest developments in different department. 3.Sharing Motivational / Management thoughts from time to time. 4.Ensure that top performers been recognized and rewarded. WEBSITE UPDATION : 1.To upgrade the Website of E-Mart and Hyundai regularly as per the needs. 2.To coordinate with the BH/ZH and corporate HR and upgrade the website, So required and include the information so required time to time.
