1. a) Student is required to submit a bona-fide letter from his/her institute to Course Coordinator along with the required training and accommodation (if desired) charges through DD by 15th April. b) The Demand Draft must be in favour of ITI Limited . d) DD should be either of State Bank of India payable at SBI, ITI Township, Mankapur (Branch Code: 8549) or of Punjab National Bank payable at Mau Branch, Mankapur (Branch Code: 1730). 2. Students are required to bring three passport size photographs at of time of joining the training. 3. Commencement of the Training Batches: 1st and 15th of each month (May to August). 4. Minimum size of a Batch: 25 students / trainees 5. Training charges once deposited will not be refunded except under exceptional circumstances.

B) Boarding and Lodging Facility: Separate for Boys and Girls 1. Lodging charges:
