UNDERTAKING BY THE APPLICANT

1) All information submitted to the University/MIFSE vide the Admission Application form or otherwise in any manner, is complete, factually correct and accurate to the best of my knowledge, and in case it is found at any time that I have concealed, suppressed or distorted any information/ fact which would have rendered me ineligible for admission, my admission to the University/MIFSE shall stand cancelled and I shall have no claim for refund of fee otherwise whatsoever against the University/MIFSE. 2) The University/MIFSE reserves the right to reject my application form in case not found fit by the University/MIFSE. 3) I have read and understood all the contents of the LPUDE/MIFSE Prospectus and agree to abide by all terms and conditions as prescribed by the University/MIFSE from time to time. 4) The University/MIFSE shall be entitled to make mandatory for me to participate in various activities including but not limited to training, industrial visits, seminar and other activities, on payment of such fee and charges or otherwise as and when deemed fit by the University/MIFSE. 5) The University/MIFSE reserves the right to introduce, alter or withdraw at any time, any program or facility and also to revise the fee and other charges in respect of any program or facility as deemed appropriate from time to time. 6) I shall be liable to pay for any damage caused by me to the property of the University/ MIFSE Facilitation Centre either alone or jointly with others, apart from any disciplinary action(s) imposed on me by the University/MIFSE Facilitation Centre. 7) Failure or any sort of default or ignorance with regard to submission of any information or fulfillment of any condition or requirements including signing or attestation of any documents(s) as required by the University/MIFSE Facilitation Centre, whether deliberately or unintentionally shall not relieve me or my parents/ guardian of the implication thereof and the decision of the University/MIFSE will be binding for all the matters concerned. 8) I am medically fit and have no communicate and serious diseases including fits, any sort of attacks or otherwise which would have rendered me ineligible for my study at the University/MIFSE Facilitation Centre, however, in case any expenditure is incurred by

the University/MIFSE Facilitation Centre on my treatment for any illness or disease or personal injury or otherwise, it shall be paid/ reimbursed by me or my parent/ guardian. 9) I will not carry out any business activity in MIFSE Facilitation Centre either on my own or jointly with any student(s)/ staff member(s) or any other person unless specifically permitted in writing by the University/MIFSE Facilitation Centre. 10) I will not promote or engage in or participate in any kind of social, ritual, religious, political or such like other activities in and outside the premises of the University/MIFSE, unless specifically permitted in writing by the University/MIFSE. 11) Delay or default in making provision of any facility will not entitle me to claim any compensation or refund or any other right from the University/MIFSE Facilitation Centre. 12) In case of any dispute on any matter or for any unforeseen issues arising, that are not covered in the Prospectus or otherwise, the decision of the competent authority of the University/MIFSE shall be final and binding on me and others concerned. 13) I agree that the University/MIFSE reserves the right to frame, amend, revoke, repel and enforce the rules and regulations as and when deem fit, it shall be my responsibility to keep myself well versed and updated with the rules and regulations applicable from time to time; the University/MIFSE Facilitation Centre shall not be responsible for informing me separately in any manner. 14) Student not wearing his/her identity card will not be allowed to attend classes. Student coming late will not be allowed to attend their classes. 15) Registration Fees & Admission Fees is not refundable under any circumstances. 16) I am aware that if I want to withdraw my admission in between the course then I will have to deposit the entire course fee before applying for withdrawal. 17) Payment Schedule of installments of fees must be followed. All payment must be paid according to fee plan on time. Late fee will be charged Rs. 500/-. 18) No leave will be granted unless applied in advance having adequate reasons. Leave on medical ground must be supported with medical certificate from a registered medical practitioner.

19) Students not coming to the College/Institute without notice for fifteen (15) consecutive days will be treated as dropout readmission against dropout will be charged rupees five hundred(500/- only) as re- registration charges. 20) I am aware that if supply of study material is delayed by certain reason like, any changes of course design, course updating, transportation etc. Then MIFSE/LPU will not be responsible for delayed supply of study material. 21) I understand that the FEES once paid will NOT be refunded. (Service Tax applicable will be charged extra). 22) I am aware that the registration is valid only for a period of 1 month, within which if admission amount is not paid, then the registration stands cancelled and the amount paid towards Registration fees would be forfeited. 23) I also understand that joining for this course does not make it obligatory on LPU/MIFSE to guarantee me a job. 24) A minimum of 80% attendance is required to appear for the exams. 25) Attending Practical is compulsory and without which certificate will not be issued even if the student has passed all theoretical papers. 26) The student has to pay the tuition fees before the 7th of every month without fail. Strict action will be taken against the student who fails to pay the same. 27) I am aware that, certificate will be awarded only after 3 months of completion of my course. 28) If any student wants transfer from LPU to MIFSE or MIFSE to LPU courses he/she have to pay transfer charge of Rs 3000/- . 29) Any legal matter will be settled within the jurisdiction of Korba.
