1. PROMISE OF RETURN Borrower promises to pay to Lender the sum of [ ] equivalent to 105% of original loaned amount [ ] in Canadian Dollars on or before the due date. The Lender will be repaid in full with 5% interest on principal within one week of the loan due date. All other charges associated with withdrawal of the fund will be the sole responsibility of the Investor, and due immediately. 2. PURPOSE OF LOAN The Borrower will use the loan proceeds to make an investment in the real cash economy of an online platform known as "Entropia Universe". The Borrower will use the Investor's funds to earn a return on investment rate ("ROI") in excess to 105%. Funds from the Investor will be used for: in game item trading, taxable land area expansion, and shop management to obtain a ROI greater than 105%, for which 105% of original loaned amount will be given back to the Lender by Due Date. 3. RESPONSIBILITY Although this Agreement may be signed below by more than one person, Borrower understands that we are each as individuals responsible for paying back the full amount.

REPAYMENT Investor will repay the amount of this note in one transfer by Due Date, equivalent to 105% of original loaned amount. All fees and liability are the sole responsibility of the investor 6. LATE CHARGE If the Investor does not repay within 7 days of Due Date, Investor shall be subject to a late charge of 1% of the original loaned amount for each consecutive week to a maximum

of 110% of original loaned amount. Loan cannot be late in excess of 35 days. 7. SECURITY To protect the Lender, Investor assumes 100% liability in case of bankruptcy of the online platform, in game troubles, or otherwise poor choices in Investments that occur within the Entropia Universe, and will pay back the full amount invested plus 5% interest by Due Date. 8. WITHDRAWAL BEFORE DUE DATE In case of need of withdraw before Due Date, a maximum of 3 months will be required to process up to 3 months for funds from Entropia Universe to reach the Borrower's bank account. ROI for the Lender will be calculated at 102% up to the date where funds are requested for withdrawal. 9. CONTRACT RENEWAL Loan can be renewed at any time before Due Date when agreed upon by both Investor and Lender. Minimal renewal time is 1 year. 10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION In the event of irreconcilable differences, both parties agree to binding arbitration prior to the commencement of any legal proceedings with costs being equally borne by each. All procedures will take place in the Province of Ontario unless both parties agree to alternative arrangements.
