QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

Deputy General Manager:


PB-3 + 7600 Grade pay

No. of posts: 01 Essential Qualifications & experience: 1) Should possess a post graduate Management Degree from a recognized University of repute in the field of HR/ Entrepreneurship Development/ Project Management and should be able to do his work independently on computer. 2) At least 12 years experience in a large commercial enterprise of repute/ State/ Central Government Organization/ PSUs/ University/ Educational Institute. Maximum Age: 45 years Method of recruitment: Direct recruitment/ Deputation. Deputation: Persons holding analogous posts on regular basis or equivalent or persons working as Assistant General Manager in Pay Band-III in the Grade Pay of Rs. 5400 on regular basis with 5 years experience as Assistant General Manager and possessing relevant experience of at least 12 years in a large commercial enterprise of repute/ State/ Central Government Organization/ PSUs/ University/ Educational Institute. Age of Superannuation: 60 years

Assistant General Manager:

At least 6 years relevant experience in a large commercial enterprise of repute/ State/ Central Government Organization/ PSUs / University/ Educational Institute o Maximum Age: 35 years. o Method of Recruitment: Direct Recruitment/ Deputation: Persons holding analogous posts on regular basis or equivalent or persons working as Manager level posts in Pay band-II with Grade pay of Rs.4600/4800 on regular basis with 5 years experience as Manager and possessing relevant experience of at least 10 years in a large commercial enterprise of repute/ State/ Central Government Organization/ PSUs/ University/ Educational Institute. o Age of superannuation: 60 years

Assistant Registrar: PB-3 + 5400 No. of posts: 01 Essential qualifications: Masters Degree or its equivalent with at least 55 % marks or its equivalent grade from a recognized Institute of repute. 10 years of experience of which 5 years should be in handling personnel & IR/HR functions of a large Government organization/ PSU/ University/ Education & Research Institute. Maximum Age: 45 years. Method of Recruitment: Direct Recruitment/ Deputation/ Transfer Deputation: Persons holding analogous posts and fulfilling the eligibility conditions mentioned above Age of superannuation: 60 years

Private Secretary:
PB 2 + 4600 No. of posts: 01 Essential Qualifications & Experience: 1. Bachelors degree with at least 5 years of working experience as PA/PS in Government, reputed University, Technical/Autonomous Institutions with an excellent proficiency in English language, Stenography with minimum speed of 100 w.p.m., Computer knowledge with typing speed of 40 w.p.m, Office Applications and Secretarial Practices like interdepartmental/ Govt. Correspondence, maintenance of daily dairy, appointments, meetings. The incumbent should be able to handle correspondence independently and would have to coordinate with all Departments/ Divisions and activities of the Institute. Should be able to do his work independently on computer. Desirable: Masters Degree in Management or equivalent with enough experience in the Office Management, Public Relations/ Public Management. Maximum Age: 30 years Method of Recruitment: Direct Recruitment/ Deputation. Deputation: Persons holding analogous posts or Persons working as Personal Assistant in PB 2 + 4600 grade pay on regular basis with 5 years experience as Personal Assistant with minimum shorthand speed of 100 words per minute, knowledge of computer operations, Secretarial practices. Personal Assistant:

Essential Qualifications & Experience: Graduation with 1 year experience as PA. Shorthand speed of 100 WPM and typing speed of 40 WPM besides knowledge of Computers is essential. Should be able to do his work independently on computer. Maximum Age: 30years Method of Recruitment: Direct Recruitment / Deputation/ Transfer. Deputation/Transfer: Persons holding analogous post or equivalent or Stenographer Grade III in the pay band 1 (Rs. 5200 20200 plus grade pay of Rs. 2800) on regular basis with five years experience as stenographer with shorthand speed of 100 w.p.m, typing speed of 40 w.p.m and computer knowledge.

Sr. Library Information Officer:


PB 2 + 4200 No. of posts: 02 Essential Qualifications & Experience: 1. M.Lib. Sc./ MLIS or equivalent with 50% marks. Or Masters degree in Arts/ Science/ Commerce or any other discipline with 50% marks. 2. Computer science paper at Graduate/ PG level or 6 months computer course from a recognized institution. 3. At least 1-2 years of working experience in a reputed library. 4. Working knowledge of Library Automation/ Digital Library and application of Open source software in Library science Maximum Age: 30 years Method of Recruitment: Direct Recruitment / Deputation Deputation: Persons holding analogous post or equivalent post on regular basis or person possessing essential qualification and experience prescribed and 5 years working experience in a Central Library/ University Library etc. Age of Superannuation: 60 years.

Network Administrator:
PB 2 + 4200 No. of posts: 01 Essential Qualifications & Experience: First class /equivalent grade in B.E./ B.Tech (Telecommunications/ Electronics/ Computer Science/ IT) or equivalent with CCNA Certification. CCSP security Certification would have added advantages. Experience: Should have post qualification experience of minimum 5 yrs. In designing/ Implementing/ Configuring and Trouble shooting of large LAN/ WAN network. 5|Page

Should have experience of Installation/ Configuration/ Troubleshooting L2 and L3 devices like router, switch (cisco, Extreme, and Juniper etc.) and network, wireless security Devices (Firewall, UTM, Wireless controller etc.) routing, switching & Security protocols, MPLS, VLAN, Frame Relay, remote networks, VoIP, ISDN, PRI & BRI, Load Balancing, VPN, ACL, NAT, IP Phone, Lease line, Wi-Max Subnetting etc. 2. Should have experience of Network topology, policies, procedure planning, documentation & reporting of the work. Maximum Age: 30 years Method of Recruitment: Direct Recruitment / Deputation Deputation: Persons holding analogous post or equivalent post on regular basis or person possessing essential qualification and experience prescribed and 5 years working experience in configuring network devices and implementing network, switches, routers etc. preferable in universities/ Research Institutions. System Administrator:
PB 2 + 4200 No. of posts: 01 Essential Qualifications & Experience: First class /equivalent grade in B.E./ B.Tech (Telecommunications/ Electronics/ Computer Science/ IT) or equivalent with MCSE/ A 2003/8m NCDBA Certification. Experience of Web Technologies would have added advantage. Experience: 1. Should have experience of minimum 5 yrs in designing/ implementing, monitoring and troubleshooting of large network. 2. Should have experience of administrating & maintenance of active directory, DC, MS Exchange, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, Antivirus, Virtualization Linux, storage servers (SAN/NAS), ERP, LDAP, message server, share point, NFS, webserver etc. 3. Should have experience of Network topology, policies, procedure planning, documentation & reporting of the work.
