Mix It offers fruit smoothies that can be customized. The proponents used the name Mix It because the consumers may choose two fruits to be mixed as their order with an additional fruit bits. The fruits that will be sold in the stall are purely delivered from the Philippines. The proponents agreed to come up this kind of business to promote the wellness of fruit smoothies and aims to join the booming industry of food and beverage. The proponents will use a Market Penetration Strategy. This strategy allows a business to gain market share by offering existing yet innovated products to the present market. The proposed business plans to advertise through giving out flyers to people entering SM Manila and internet marketing through social networking site Facebook. The proponents will locate their business inside SM Manila and the Head Office will be located at Paco, Manila. It presents the list of tables of their machineries and equipment, instrument and supplies that they will use in operating their business. They will also fulfill and register to legal requirements necessary for the business to operate legally. The proposed business will be operating on Monday to Sunday, from opening to closing of the mall. In hiring employees, the employees must conform to the rules and regulations that the business implemented and they will have trainings on how to be productive and have a good communication with the custom. The proponents will be investing P600, 000.00 as their initial capital. The proponents annual sales will be 100% cash basis. Its selling price per unit will increase by 10% per annum. There will be a 2% increase in sales volume per month total of 24% per annum. The business will allocate budget for its promotional activities such as flyers.

Brief Profile of the Entreprenuer Mary Anne Rocacurva (General and Finance Manager)- monitors the overall operations of the business and ensures that all employees and resources are utilized effectively and efficiently. She will also be responsible in financial operations of the business and make sure that profit goals are achieved. Irene Ermino (Sales and Marketing manager)- She is expected to make sure that customers are satisfied as to the products and services being offered. Organizational plans and strategies are properly coordinated and implemented as well. She will also be responsible in the marketing operation to ensure that the marketing plan is properly implemented. Jenica Dela Cruz (Operation Manager and Production Manager)- run the day-to-day production and operations of the business. Her sole purpose is to find ways to make the company more productive by providing effective methods in its business operations. An individual in this position usually prepares production schedules, facilitates several programs around the company, controls inventory, handles logistics and interviews and supervises production staff. Duties consist of job posting, hiring, and interviewing. The manager should be able to recruit select and train the best employees. Projects Contribution to the Economy The Philippines has a mixed economic system and an emerging industrialized economy. Price is a factor that affects the business. In as business, once the price of raw materials needed in the product becomes higher it can affect not just the production but also the sales and profitability. Aside from price, per capita income of an individual could affect the business, low expenditures and sales income means people don't have a purchasing capacity. In effect, will be observed. Therefore markets, especially for luxury goods will see falling demand and they will have to cut supply as well. Thus the market will shrink.

Smoothie can be a deliciously healthy way to fortify the body with fruits, minerals and vitamins. Smoothies are quick and easy to make; the only things needed are the ingredients and a blender. The businesses must adapt to stay ahead of their competitors and stay relevant in the minds of their consumers. As the typical Filipino, smoothies can be enjoyed any time of the day but they are a popular favorite in having a spare time roaming and even having good times with family and friends.
