AMI C. PRANES, likewise of legal age, single, filipino citizen, with residence and postal address at 3RD Street Gimenez Park Subdivision, Naga City, hereinafter called the DONEE;

W I T N E S S E T H:
That the DONOR is the registered owner of PRANES AUTO REPAIR SHOP located at Dover Street, City Hall Avenue, Naga City That for and in consideration of the love and affection of the DONOR for the DONEE, the latter being the daughter of the former, the said DONOR does by these presents transfer and convey, by way of donation inter vivos, unto the said DONEE the property above-described, free and clear from all liens and encumbrances; That the DONOR does hereby state, for the purposes of giving full effect to this donation, that he has reserved unto himself in full ownership other property sufficient to support him in a manner appropriate to his station.
