COURSE REVIEW PREPARATION

Developed by Elizabeth McMahon This online training is being developed for faculty to use as a resource when preparing for a formal online course peer review. It will be delivered via a selfpaced online module. THE GOAL OF THIS TRAINING IS TO PREPARE INDIVIDUAL FACULTY FOR A SUCCESSFUL COURSE REVIEW EXPERIENCE. Terminal Objective #1: Participants will describe the course review process. Enabling Objectives Describe what types of courses are eligible for review. Explain the review process timelines. Assessment Idea Self-graded quiz questions embedded in presentation. The materials will be created using SoftChalk Cloud. This tool allows for quiz questions of various types to be embedded directly into the presentation. As the individual completes the questions, the scores are tracked and can be emailed as proof of completion.
