Medford Commission for Persons with Disabilities & Human Rights Commission Minutes March 23, 2011 Members

present: Steve Honeycutt, Barry Knamm, David Harris, Henry Milorin, Charlotte Swartz, Lois Bronnenkant, and Diane McLeod. (Later Breanna Lungo-Koehn, Chief Sacco) Meeting began at 5:40PM. February Minutes Steve motioned to accept, Charlotte, seconded, all in favor MHS Stage The plans, sketches, and variance application were reviewed. Steve motioned to support the variance request and send a letter to the committee commending them on a great job that increases access as well as dignity for all who use it, Barry seconded, all in favor. Tisch Sports Complex Diane went over the variance application and design. The project was discussed in detail last month. Steve motioned to support the variance request, Henry seconded, all in favor. Correspondence & Announcements Diane had flyers for the Fair Housing event next month and the Winchester event. Diane will be sending membership information to each member. Film & Discussion Rolling Meeting adjourned 7:00PM
