to supervise and log the data from industrial machines which makes it the most effective industry automation system. Here in this project, PID controller is used to control the temperature of LPG fired furnace and log the data using the database logger feature of the CIMPLICITY HMI (Human Machine Interface) software. Only one operator can control the entire machine from a room. We cannot manually control the flow of LPG at every instant of time, so to overcome this drawback we need to use an automated system like SCADA through which instructions can be sent to the PID controller.
