Our topic last time was all about prefixes. A prefix is a part of a word consisting of a letter or letters placed before the root word to

modify its meaning.

What are the ways on forming prefixes? Yes Clark. The first way is by being attached to the root word. Monotone Maam.

Who can give me an example of a prefix that is being attached to the root? Yes Keyla. Very good! What is the prefix there? The root word? When you say mono, what does it mean? Okay. How about the second way? Yes Gabriel.

Today we will be dealing with the reference material that can be found in the library. What are reference materials? Reference Materials are sources of information which are used for answering inquiries.
