Methodology
“Metamorphosis” has been designed to be a continuous Learning and Unlearning talent
development program. Learning professional competencies to become business leaders and
Unlearning attitudes which could be a stumbling block.

Unlike other training programs where the focus is on the trainer and training, Metamorphosis is
focused towards the learner and learning process. This is achieved by experiential
exercises, industry interface, cultivating reading habits, group activities, event
management, research, mock sessions, part-time work opportunities and constant
reviewing and fine-tuning based on the student’s performance.

Over a period of 12-months the students will be exposed to activities and classroom sessions
related to domain knowledge, proficiencies, attitudes and employability. Stage two involves
creating a talent based Placement Brochure, networking with potential recruiters and culminate
in superior employability and confidence of the students. The industry gets talent which is
ready to perform from day one on the job.

Methodology….
Most training programs are ineffective in a college campus due to the inherent disconnect of
such trainings with the regular faculty.

Metamorphosis tries to remove this disCONNECT by involving continuous participation of a few

college faculty in the entire course plan. This ensures that the faculty too gets involved in the
process and enables more CONTINUITY during their regular lectures. At the same time
college faculty will also get first hand exposure to CONTEMPORARY INDUSTRY PRACTICES.

The students will be divided into groups and each group which will be MENTORED by one
college faculty and one resource from Finerva Academy. All the exercises will be based on
team work and due to the longer duration of the course this creates a very cohesive team.

Really Long Term:

Unlike others we at Finerva Academy take the word long term very seriously. The students will
have access to their mentors for life. To ensure this a dedicated website mymentor.co.in will
be made live and have discussion boards, business networking opportunities etc for continuity
of metamorphosis.
