Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering (General) or CSE with specialization in Information Security / Data Engineering / Mobile Computing Dear Candidate With reference to your application, based on your performance in the written test held on 22nd June, 2013 for M.Tech. admission, we are glad to inform you that you have been provisionally selected for admission to the M. Tech. programme in CSE at IIIT-D subject to your accepting this offer and by paying the full registration fees. Your actual specialization will be confirmed later based on your merit once admission process is completed, at the time of orientation. To accept this offer, you are required to send us a signed copy of this letter and a bank draft or printout of the online payment receipt of Rs.55,000/- towards registration fees in favour of IIITDelhi payable at Delhi, to the following address by 1st July, 2013, failing which your admission offer will be treated as cancelled. Upon completing the registration, Rs.5000/- will be converted to security deposit that is refundable on leaving the program. Refund of security deposit (Rs. 5000/-) will be allowed if you withdraw your admission after depositing fee. Please note the registration fee of Rs. 50,000/- is refundable only till 26th July, 2013. Please note that the admission offer will stand cancelled, if you fail to accept this offer and not able to make payment of registration fee as mentioned above; or you fail to produce any of the documents required to be presented at the time of registration or have discrepancies in the information that you presented to us. Schedule for Fee Payment for MTech Total course fees for the M.Tech. programme is Rs. 2.5 lakhs excluding campus maintenance charges The payment schedule is: Rs 55,000 course registration fee (including security money of Rs. 5000) payable by 1st July, 2013 Rs 65,000 (including Rs 15000 Campus Maintenance charges) at the start of Sem I in July, Rs 1,00,000 at the start of Sem II of the program, and Rs 65,000 (including Rs 15000 Campus Maintenance charges) at the start of Sem III of your program (if you need the fifth semester, there will be no fees for that semester). You will be governed by the rules and regulations of the Institute.

Hostel charges per annum will be extra as per the following table. However, the students will asked to pay hostel charges on semester basis.

Registration Documents: Original documents to be produced and self attested copies to be submitted at the time of registration. Offer of admission, and a photocopy of the bank draft you sent as the payment of fees. Copy of your GATE scorecard (if applicable). Certificate for having passed the qualifying examination from the Registrar of the University. If this is not possible, a letter from the Principal of the College indicating that you have appeared in the final qualifying (written, thesis submission and oral) examination must be produced. High School/Secondary School Certificate of the Board/University specifying the date of birth. A no-objection certificate or a relieving certificate from your employer in case you are currently employed. A caste certificate (including non-creamy layer status for OBC candidates) issued by a competent authority, in case you belong to OBC, SC, or ST community. Mark sheets of X, XII, and all degrees that you have received, including all semesters.
