ABSTRACT
Forests are the treasures of our earth. But, man started to destroy forests and the scientists are giving call to save forest. Forests help to protect the earth from global warming. By cutting trees the temperature will raise enormously, which causes harm to the whole mankind. The call of the day is synthetic trees which are called as robot tree. The robot tree as an ordinary layman. Robot tree is in the shape of a tree with two beetles chewing the roots. The robot tree also has root, stem, branch and leaf like normal tree. Some plastic poles are fixed in the stem part and in between solar plates are fixed which act as
leaves. In the big poles small holes are made and small poles are fixed. This will absorb carbon dioxide in the air. In the inside of big poles there will be calcium hydroxide liquid and the absorbed carbon dioxide will be dissolved in it. The solar plates produce

current and pass current inside the stem, which will separate carbon and oxygen. Oxygen, hydrogen and vapour will come out. The carbon will act with water and become carbonic acid. The carbonic acid will pass down through roots and will be
absorbed by the soil.

INTRODUCTION:
We all know that forests are the treasures of our earth. But, man started to destroy forests and the scientists are giving call to save forest. We all know that

forests help to protect the earth from global warming. By cutting trees, not only that the rainfall will be reduced, also the temperature will raise enormously, which causes harm to the whole mankind. So we are in condition to tackle the problem of global warming which leads to blindness, skin cancer, etc., Nowadays we are carrying mineral bottles along with us,in future we have to carry oxygen cylinders. In the air, the carbon dioxide content should be 330 ppm (parts per million). Day by day it is increasing which results in global warming and the heat of earth will be increasing. The Department of Energy estimates that the United States alone released 7075.6 million tons of CO2 in 2006.

EFFECTS OF GLOBAL WARMING:

According to the current position, the level of carbon dioxide is approximately 370ppm. In future the level of carbon dioxide will be as follows, In 2025, from 405ppm to 460ppm In 2050, from 445ppm to 640ppm In 2100, from 540ppm to 970ppm The current temperature level is 40 degree Celsius In future the temperature will be, For 2025, the temp level will be 0.4 to 1.1 degree For 2050, the temp level will be 0.8 to 2.6 degree For 2025, the temp level will be 1.4 to 5.8 degree 1. The global warming will lead to changes in the rainfall pattern in many areas

,thereby affecting the distribution of vector borne disease like malaria, filariasis, elephantiasis etc., 2. 3. A rapid shrinking of the world's glaciers and polar ice caps is occurring. A rise in sea levels is occurring as the ice and snow melt. You may not see this

effect of sea level rise where you live, but down here in Louisiana, it is very apparent if you go into the marsh.

4.

Due to glacier and ice cap melting in the northern hemispheres, the water of the

North Atlantic has become much fresher in terms of salinity. "So what," you say. The Gulf Stream requires very salty water in the Arctic ocean sinking and flowing south for the system to work properly. The system may not work if Arctic water loses too much of its salinity. While such an event would not destroy civilization as we know it, it would put a few kinks in it for those living on the affected coasts. 5. Agriculture crop yields have decreased in some instances. Some think a

significant decrease in corn crop yields has already occurred. Just when we were counting on surplus corn crops to produce ethanol fuel. 6. Violent weather is more frequent and unpredictable. The number of hurricanes

occurring each year is forecast to increase and the storms will be more violent. Some experts say this happened in 2005 as New Orleans and the Gulf Coast were devastated.

Solution for global warming is Synthetic tree which is called asRobot tree. WHAT IS A ROBOT TREE?
The scientists are trying to make robot to perform various activities to reduce the physical and mental work of human being. The combination of nature and robots is called Robotany, which comes into existence by geophysics Klaus lackner, who is the professor of Columbia University. The robot tree does not look like our ordinary tree. The robot tree looks like an ordinary layman. Just imagine a normal tree. What a normal will have? A root, stem and leaves. In the same way, the robot tree is in the shape of a tree with two beetles chewing the roots. The building up of robot trees will help in absorbing carbon dioxide from the atmosphere. The idea is to develop a process to arrest and store carbon dioxide, similar to the process of Photosynthesis.

STRUCTURE AND FUNCTIONS OF ROBOT TREE:

Each robot tree looks more like a giant fly swatter which is 1000 feet high with crisscross branches. The robot tree also has root, stem, branch and leaf like normal tree. Some plastic poles are fixed in the stem part and in between solar plates are fixed which act as leaves. In the big poles small holes are made and small poles are fixed. Tiny pores on the sides of the poles will absorb carbon dioxide from the air. A long plastic rod is fixed and the solar blades are arranged on the top of the plastic rod with some regular intervals. The sheets are sprayed with a chemical solution that bonds to the carbon dioxide. The solution is then drained off to a separation unit, where the CO2 is isolated as pure gas through electro dialysis. A design goal was to avoid using toxic or corrosive chemicals that would require special handling, so ordinary PVC pipe is used to transfer the solution back to a collection unit so that it can be recycled.

The energy absorbed by the solar panel is converted into electricity of about 3MW and it is passed inside the stem. The calcium hydroxide is provided inside the stem to absorb carbon-di-oxide which also dissolved with it. Because of generated electricity, the solution is heated and it splits the solution into carbon and oxygen.

Carbon-di-oxide

carbon + oxygen

The carbon is reacted with water to give carbonic acid, Carbon + 3water carbonic acid + hydrogen

Where oxygen and hydrogen is vapourised through electro dialysis outlet, in the solar panel. The carbonic acid, formed as a result of the reaction is released in to the earth via artificial root system. The carbonic acid absorbed by the soil. Products for pest and disease control of the plant, the metabolism of plants is specifically stimulated and encouraged so that storage in the plants of surplus nutrients is avoided and their health and resistance is improved. The current prototype captures less than 100 kilograms of CO2 per day, but future models will capture 1 ton per day several hundred times the amount saved by an equalsize windmill. New versions of robot tree could capture carbon at a rate of about 3 kg per second, the same amount an average tree absorbs in a year. The price of capturing the CO2 is also high, predicted to cost several hundred dollars per ton once commercially developed. "In the long term, the price will come down to $30 per ton,"

PLACES TO LOCATE:
Similar to windmill it can be placed anywhere. It is capable of storing the carbon permanently. Locating them in windy areas would increase their efficiency by moving air across the surfaces more quickly, but they are not dependent on a strong breeze. A windmill is not producing energy when the wind isnt blowing, but the carbon-capture device can capture carbon.

SALIENT FEATURES:
One robot tree does 1000 times better than natural trees. Two and half a lakhs robot trees are enough to the world for purifying carbon dioxide in the air for one year.

One robot tree has the capacity to absorb approximately 90,000 tonnes of carbon dioxide every year, which was equal to the amount of impure air exhausted by 15000 cars. The current prototype captures less than 100 kilograms of CO 2 per day, but the future models will capture 1 ton per dayseveral hundred times the amount saved by an equal-size windmill. Artificial tree starts its work after growing. But robot tree starts it work after it is designed. The rates of robot tree are like as follows, For 10feet height the robot tree costs Rs.50000. For 20feet height the robot tree costs Rs.5 lakhs.

CONCLUSION:
Robot tree gives good air and carbonic acid as good manure for soil. It is a simple and cheapest method to save earth from global warming. It was in research at Madurai Kamaraj University by Prof. Dr K Muthuchezhian. If it is 100% successful our Tamilnadu will be with robot trees by 2020. So as the sloganEach home should have one tree will be changed to Each home should have one robot tree.
