If you note in your attached request letter, it reflects the lifetime limits. It would be appreciated if you could review your application to reflect exactly what the request is for, without the lifetime limits, what the exact annual limit is, and what the rate increase will be, all on the same request sheet, or letter. Allison I noticed that Regis has a Bronze plan offering with a $Ex. 4 lifetime limit. Under the regulation, lifetime limits are not permitted. Plans with a lifetime limit may convert the lifetime lim t to an annual limit as long as the annual limit is not less than the lifetime limit. Can you please clarify the lifetime limit that is in your Bronze package? In addition, I note that the copper and bronze packages are Aetna products. Allison I noticed that Regis has a Bronze plan offering with a $Ex. 4 lifetime limit. Under the regulation, lifetime limits are not permitted. Plans with a lifetime limit may convert t e limit amount to an annual limit as long as the annual limit is not less than the lifetime limit. Can you please clarify the lifetime limit that is in your Bronze package? In addition, I note that the copper and bronze packages are Aetna products.
