The institute tuition fee for MSc MPhil. in Economic (joint programme with University of Amsterdam and Vrije Universiteit) is 12,000 for non-EEA nationals and for students holding a Dutch master degree. (2) The tuition fee for the part-time master programme MSc Business Administration is 31,850 for two years. (3) The institute tuition fee for the research master Public Administration and Organizational Science (joint programme with Utrecht University and Tilburg University) is 14.750 for non-EEA students. (4) The institute tuition fee for the part-time master programmes Philosophy and Philosophy of a Specific Field of Science is 1,835 (5) The institute tuition fee for the research master Philosophy and Economics is 3,700. (6) The institute tuition fee for the part-time iBMG master programmes is 12,900 for two years. (7) The institute tuition fee for the five EMC research masters is 8,000 per year. The tuition fee of 16.000 applies to the Medicine master programme

Appendix: the institute tuition fee equal to the basic rate of the statutory tuition fee 2013-2014
1. The institute tuition fee equal to the basic rate of the statutory tuition fee is the basic fee plus the statutory tuition fee, referred to in Article 7.45, paragraph 2, of the Higher Education and Research Act ('Wet op het hoger onderwijs en wetenschappelijk onderzoek', WHW). 2. Students eligible to pay the institute tuition fee equal to the basic rate of the statutory tuition fee, are those who: a) are clients of the Foundation for Refugee Students UAF ('Stichting voor VluchtelingStudenten UAF') in Utrecht; or b) under the reduced institution tuition fee scheme for outstanding students (EUR Excellence Scholarships) are exempt from the difference between the institution tuition fee and the statutory tuition fee for their second programme; or c) meet the criteria a and c as defined in article 7.45, paragraph 1, WHW. 3. Further to point 2, students who do not meet the qualification requirement, referred to in Article 7.45a, paragraph 1(a) of the WHW, are eligible for the institute tuition fee equal to the basic rate of the statutory tuition fee, provided they meet the other requirements for eligibility for the basic rate of the statutory tuition fee, and: a) were enrolled for the second programme before obtaining the degree from the first programme; or b) enrol, as a bachelor student on a transfer programme, which, if successfully completed, grants entry to a master programme if they have obtained a bachelor degree of higher professional education (HBO) or a bachelor or master degree from EUR or another Dutch university; or c) were enrolled on an EUR bachelor programme in the academic year 2010-2011, having previously obtained a bachelor degree, or were enrolled in an EUR master programme in the academic year 2010-2011, having previously obtained a master degree, or were enrolled in an EUR transfer programme in the academic year 2010-2011; or d) enrol for the Medicine master programme after obtaining one of the Erasmus MC research master degrees, or enrol for one of the Erasmus MC research masters after obtaining the degree from the Medicine master programme; or e) enrol, as a participant in the Mr. Drs.-programma voor Economie en Recht, for the Economics and Business Economics bachelor programme after obtaining the Bachelor of Laws degree, or enrol in the Bachelor of Laws programme after completing the Economics and Business Economics bachelor degree; f) enrol, as a participant in the Mr. Drs.-programma voor Economie en Recht, for the Economics and Business Economics master programme after obtaining the Master of Laws degree, or enrol in the Master of Laws programme after obtaining the Economics and Business Economics master degree.
