Beloved, The summer is in full swing and a lot will be going on this month, beginning with a movie event and ending with Vacation Bible School. Home Run is a movie about overcoming addictions and hurtful pasts with Gods help. This movie had a run in theaters and some of you went to Des Moines to see it. However, it never made it to Creston, and we will be showing it at Crest the irst weekend of July, before its DVD release later this month. Additionally, we plan to show it in Corning as part of our outreach ministry to that community. If you can assist (greeting, making popcorn, etc) at any of those showtimes, please sign-up at church or call the ofice. Continue to pray for the ministry teams who are coming our way from Missouri and those from Crest going to Kentucky for Appalachia

Service Project. Our partner churches from east of St Louis will be coming to man a booth at the Adams County Fair, prayer walk/survey and conduct backyard Bible clubs during the month (see the calendar for dates). Again, we would invite you to participate in those events, too. Please sign up on the bulletin tear-off. Some youth and adults from our church will be joining others from our community, participating in Appalachia Service Project, July 1321. Chelcee Downing, Mark, Levi and Luke Eblen, Michelle and Monica Powers, Shawn, Emily and Nathan Lange and Bree Daggett will be going to help make homes warmer, safer and drier for families in central Appalachia. Pray that God will use all of these ministries to perfect us and reach others for His kingdom!

with Him. Through it all, God led His people. Ultimately, this leadership took them, and takes us, to Jesus. (Room 5) Bible studies for preschool youth are also provided on Sundays at 9:30 a.m.

Gods Story: Part 2 Historians often focus on political and military matters, on pivotal events, and on outstanding individuals. While biblical history includes much of that, the primary focus is on Gods plan to redeem sinful people. How are you doing in tracking Gods story? (Room 9b) Nearing Home: Life, Faith, and Finishing This study, by Billy Graham, will invite you to explore not only the realities of life as you grow older but also the hope and fulillment, and even joy, that can be ours once we learn to look at these years from Gods point of view and discover His strength to sustain us every day. (Room 9a) 52 Key Bible Stories This study will give you an overview of key people and events of the Bible. (Room 4) God Leads This study focuses on key pieces of Gods Story, a journey with twists and turns, but at every step, God beckoned His people to remember their covenant relationship
