Commercial Management Personnel A leading South African company are looking for a number for Commercial Management Personnel

to work throughout South Africa. Must have a strong background in FIDIC contracts and claims management.
A leading International Construction Company focusing heavily on Africa, are looking for a number of highly skilled people with Commercial Experience in the Construction Sector such positions include; Quantity Surveyors, Contracts Administrators, Claims Managers and Commercial Managers. This will be based on a site location in the Northern Region of South Africa. The ideal Commercial personnel will have previous experience of working on large scale claims for a variety of construction projects, a full working knowledge of FIDIC contracts and knowledge of Legal Contracts. The main responsibilities of the successful Commercial Personnel will be: Conducting full risk assessments while projects are at the tender stage. Controlling the debtors, contractual letters and claims. Providing Legal Contract advice to the Project Management. Preparing Disruption & Prolongation Claims. Evaluating all project documents. Assisting the onsite team with all aspects of Claims Management. Personal Requirements: A relevant Degree or similar qualification. Experience of dealing with large scale claims, claims of over $70,000,000 will be looked upon favourable. Knowledge of FIDIC contracts and modified FIDIC contracts. A strong background in Contract Law will be highly advantageous . Package: Competitive Salary Family / Bachelor Status Package Provided.
