HEBAU retarder papers are applicable for the production of tiles, slabs, steps, border stones etc. with exposed aggregate surfaces. They are usable with all types of slab press and even for the production of custom-made pieces. Suitable for vertical and horizontal storage, for all kinds of concrete, from zero slump to self compacting concrete. The paper has a plastic, waterproof backing and the front is coated with a reliable and exact surface retarder resp. deactivator (by RSE-Paper 01). The backing is also colour-coded for easy recognition of the different types. Available in different sheet sizes and roll-widths. Special sizes available on request. Liquid surface deactivator: CSE Deactivator

CSE Deactivator is a concrete surface deactivator for the production of exposed aggregate concrete surfaces, available in 11 different types for all exposure depths, from micro-exposed to the coarsest exposed aggregate concrete. Areas of application are so-called architectural concrete, especially precast concrete wall panels, cast stone and cast-in-place concrete paving with decorative or noise-reducing surfaces. CSE Deactivator is suitable for all types of moulds or forms and can even be used during high temperatures and for weekend-productions. The application is divided into negative (face down) and positive (top surface) applications. CSE Deactivator is suitable for both types of application and is available in 4 different versions: CSE Deactivator, version pro, solvent-based, suitable for negative and positive applications. Acid gel for acid-washed concrete surfaces: MICROGEL

MICROGEL contains surface-active and acid-based ingredients for the production of acid-washed concrete surfaces. The surface then has a precious appearance, as only the top most cement layer is removed and the sand and aggregate tips are exposed. Depending on the concrete mixture, very decorative effects can be created, e.g. imitation natural stone surfaces. Areas of application are the production of all types of decorative concrete, especially architectural precast concrete and cast stone, e.g. wall panels, steps, slabs, coping stones ... Due to its gel-like viscosity MICROGEL can be easily applied to horizontal and even vertical surfaces. The irregularities which used to be caused by run-offs during acid-washing with standard, cheap hydrochloric or similar acids are avoided when MICROGEL is used. As only high-quality raw materials are used for the production of MICROGEL it is almost odourless and therefore very user-friendly.

High-performance concrete release agents for fair-faced concrete: PARTIKON II TRENNFLUID WABICON

PARTIKON II (solvent-based), TRENNFLUID super 98 (mineral-oil-based) and WABICON SQ (water-based) are concrete mould release agents which meet the highest demands. After drying (not necessary with TRENNFLUID super 98) a fine film is formed, which prevents the concrete from sticking to the mould and at the same time enables the production of smooth, non-porous, dustfree and cloud-free concrete surfaces. This is an important further development to the numerous so-called mould-oils, which usually leave a concrete surface, which is not acceptable for fairfaced resp. architectural concrete specifications. In contrast to other products, PARTIKON II, TRENNFLUID super 98 and WABICON SQ can be sprayed very economically onto the mould and have in fact a very high coverage rate per litre resp. gallon, which results in very low consumption and high cost-efficiency per sqm. PARTIKON II, TRENNFLUID super 98 and WABICON SQ are suitable for all types moulds or forms and contain special rust inhibitors for the application on steel moulds, without compromising between the quality of the concrete surface and the quality and the care of the moulds resp. forms.

Special release agent for Wetcast rubber moulds: WETCAST-FormFluid HP

NEW! Recommended by leading mould producers!

Special release agent for the production of decorative concrete paving slabs and masonry concrete stone veneer, which are produced in the so-called Wetcast-production system. In this Wetcast system the concrete is poured into special rubber moulds (mostly made of polyurethane, latex, silicone or similar moulds) and the final product is made to look similar or like certain natural stone products. This technique usually requires a self-compacting or similar concrete and is produced in a demoulding/stripping time-window between 12 and 72 hours (from 2 shifts a day to weekend production). When choosing a mould release agent it is therefore very important that the sensitive mould material is protected, that high-quality fair-faced concrete without clouding or pores is guaranteed, that the mould release agent is suitable for different kinds of concrete mix designs and is compatible with concrete admixtures, that demoulding/stripping is fast and easy and no residue is left in the mould, no matter if the demoulding/stripping time window is small or wide that the demoulding agent can be applied and spayed easily, is cost efficient and environmentally safe. WETCAST-FormFluid HP is a solvent-free formulation especially for this application. The compatibility and suitability for this applications have been tested, confirmed and approved by leading mould producers. WETCAST-FormFluid HP is easily sprayable, works with or without drying time, produces high-quality fair-faced concrete, does not leave any residue in the mould and has been extensively tested with many different concrete mixtures and with demoulding rhythms between 12 and 72 hours. Upon request WETCAST-FormFluid HP is available in a concentrated version, too.

Special concrete admixtures: HYDROMIX-Fluid ARCON-Fluid

HYDROMIX-Fluid 50 is a special admixture with active ingredients for the production of water-repellent concrete surfaces. Primary and secondary efflorescence are reduced resp. completely avoided. HYDROMIX-Fluid 50 has been specially developed for the application in concrete paving stones, slabs, steps, concrete masonry, bricks, blocks etc. Upon request HYDROMIX-Fluid 50 is available in a concentrated version, too. ARCON-Fluid SCC is a new type of plasticizer, based on ingredients, which are designed and used for the production of self-compacting concrete. ARCON-Fluid SCC has been developed for the production of architectural and decorative concrete of all kinds and decorative and architectural concrete and works without any alteration to the concrete mixture. ARCON-Fluid SCC creates a more uniform concrete, reduces segregation and therefore improves the appearance of the surface. This leads to improved quality, especially on surfaces which have been exposed, shotblasted, polished Upon request ARCON-Fluid SCC is available in a concentrated version, too. FM I is a melamine-resin based admixture to improve the flow capacity of concrete mixtures and has proved is reliability in long-term practical experience. The resulting water-reduction leads to a higher density of the concrete, which leads to the improvement of numerous material and processing characteristics.

Fibres for the prevention of shrinkage cracks: TECHNOFIBER

TECHNOFIBER standard and TECHNOFIBER Eco are alkali-resistant fibres for the prevention of plastic shrinkage cracks (confirmed by several independent test institutes). Due to the combination of different fibre types, a very effective dosage of only 0,75 kg per m can be achieved and leads to even more advantages, such as the increases in the impact resistance, strength, heat resistance, freeze-thaw resistance . The fibres are easy to dose and dispense easily in the various batching equipment, either at the construction site, in precast concrete operations or readymixed concrete applications. TECHNOFIBER fibres are compatible with admixtures and are suitable for the use in cementitious screed, mortar, precast concrete, ready-mixed concrete, fibre reinforced concrete and various other applications, where plastic shrinkage is a quality concern, while also offering certain potential savings in production and processing.

COLORFRESH intensiv is water- and dirt-repellent, solvent-free, UV-resistant and breathable. COLORFRESH intensiv protects absorbent concrete and natural stone surfaces against dirt and stains originating from leaves and flowers (tannic acid), food, efflorescence, industrial and traffic emissions, clay, moss COLORFRESH intensiv gives a long-term protection against freeze-thaw-cycle, carbonization (CO ), loss of colour and general weathering. After drying COLORFRESH intensiv enhances the surface through adding a light shine and intensifying the colour. Areas of application are all kinds of decorative and architectural concrete applications, paving or wall, cast-in-place or precast concrete, but also cast stone, concrete paving stones, slabs, blocks, bricks, GFRC, natural stone . COLORFRESH intensiv is suitable for indoor and outdoor use and application. Invisible, dirt and oil-repellent, non-adhesive, solvent-free

The product characteristics of COLORTEC MAX are the same as COLORFRESH intensiv (apart from the CO -barrier), with the exception that COLORTEC MAX is completely invisible. For those who dont want to change the natural look of the substrate, but still want the full protection performance. COLORTEC MAX can be used in a construction site environment as well as in a precast operation. COLORTEC MAX is recommended for all kinds of decorative and architectural concrete applications, paving or wall, cast-in-place or precast concrete, but also cast stone, concrete concrete paving stones, slabs, blocks, bricks, and natural stone with exposed, shot-blasted, polished, bush-hammered . surfaces. COLORTEC MAX is suitable for indoor and outdoor use and application, can be applied on dry or moist surfaces, is solvent-free and breathable.

Immediate protection for smooth concrete surfaces: COLORTEC Rapid

COLORTEC Rapid is an invisible, solvent-free, water-repellent immediate protective coating, which has been especially developed for smooth, fair-faced concrete surfaces for application immediately after demoulding/stripping. With COLORTEC Rapid it is possible to protect a concrete surface immediately after demoulding/stripping through a high-quality protective coating, without having to keep to the long drying-times for the concrete, which are necessary when using standard protective coatings. COLORTEC Rapid does not create a glossy-effect on the surface and does not alter the natural colour of the concrete surface. COLORTEC Rapid is very fast and easy to apply and is especially suitable for smooth, fair-faced concrete in decorative resp. architectural concrete applications. COLORTEC Rapid is breathable and is suitable for concrete walls, structured concrete and GRC in indoor and outdoor use and application.

Anti-graffiti-coating for all surfaces: PROWALL I + II

PROWALL is a special, wax-based anti-graffiti-coating, available is solvent- or water-based formulations. Facades, sound-barrier walls, under-crossings, bridges etc. can be reliably protected against graffiti. Suitable for all surfaces, e.g. walls made of concrete, brick, natural stone, metal, glass, plaster . For interior and exterior use and applications. PROWALL is a one-component system and is therefore very easy to use. The effort required to clean the surface from graffiti is reduced to a minimum and therefore PROWALL is very effective and economical to use. Graffiti can be removed from a PROWALL-protected surface easily using a high-pressure water spray. No further chemicals required! PROWALL is invisible after drying and is water-repellent, too.

Allround-cleaner for concrete/natural stone dilutable with water: CEMCLEAN

CEMCLEAN is an acid-based cleaning agent for the removal of dirt and efflorescence from concrete, natural stone and other mineral surfaces, e.g. slabs, paving stones, bricks and concrete walls resp. cladding .... CEMCLEAN is delivered in concentrated form, it is very reliable and can be applied universally to unprotected, soiled surfaces. CEMCLEAN can also be used to clean surfaces which have been previously protected with our COLORFRESH/COLORTEC products. CEMCLEAN is water-dilutable and can be adjusted individually according to the degree of the soiling on the surface.
