Executive Summary is the brief introduction of each chapter. It contains few detail of each chapter. Executive summary is very important because the reader or the user can know the details, objectives etc of the report is useful to them on. The next, 1stchapter is industry profile, this chapter contain introduction, company over view of KCI. The 2nd chapter is company profile which contain the various department of KCI like HR, Marketing, Finance department . The 3rdchapter is Research Methodology of project. To complete the project successfully, 1. Data collection Method 2. Sample Design 3. Limitation of Design Information collected by direct interview and method of survey was Questionnaire method. The sample size only for hr department member information adopted. The next chapter is most important chapter i.e. Analysis. The information is collected through Questionnaire. So as to improve the quality of project.
