Per the HandiSOLUTIONS applicable price schedule.

Terms & Conditions


DEALER: Minimum purchase of $500.00 for entry, $250.00 thereafter, full carton only. MASTER DEALER: Minimum purchase of $1,500.00 for entry, $150.00 thereafter. Must maintain calendar year sales minimum of $25,000.00. Full cartons only. DISTRIBUTOR: Minimum purchase of $2,400.00 at a time. Lesser purchase amounts revert to master dealer pricing. Full cartons only. FREIGHT: F.O.B. Elk Grove Village, Illinois 60007 PAYMENT: All invoices are due Net 30 days, 1.5% finance charge will result with delinquent payments. Payment can be made also via American Express, MasterCard, or Visa before shipment of order. New accounts require a credit card on file regardless of payment method, as card will be charged should cash method of pay become delinquent. ORDERS: All purchase orders must include HandiSOLUTIONS part number, pricing, and PO number; freight carrier selection is an option of HandiSOLUTIONS unless otherwise specified. The following offerings have been created to assist the launch of a new relationship or enhance an existing one with the various types of HandiSOLUTIONS customers. It allows the participant to use several sales tools that will help promote our line of products and hopefully create a beneficial outcome.

Sales Kits
HandiSOLUTIONS has created various sales kits to accommodate the customer regarding sample requests, the salesperson / distributor, and even a selection of products packaged within a travel-friendly carrying case. HSSAK1000: ($85) Created for the salesperson and/or distributor, the kit includes several samples of HandiWALL in its most current color offerings, plus an example of our hook and basket accessory line, as well as the HandiWALL trim extrusions. It allows the user to leave behind samples at a potential client if need be. HSSAK3000: ($35) Made to use as a customer introductory package of products. The package is a neat carton that travels and ships easy, and makes for an impressive presentation. HSSAK6000: A package that contains 12 pieces of all the colors available for HandiWALL. The HSSAK3000 is always available upon request to any Master Dealer or Distributor. The HSSAK1000 in consideration of their expense, should be used in practical fashion; needs for excessive volumes may result in charges for kits and freight, redeemable against ten times the sales volume. Dealers may request one of any kits initially, and then would be required to purchase them thereafter, redeemable against ten times the sales volume. All prices are FOB Elk Grove Village, Illinois.

Literature and Product Specifications


HandiSOLUTIONS offers marketing collateral, sales flyers and specification sheets. With mailings to new contacts that have an interest in our products, the sales brochure is the initial piece that is sent. Thereafter, the specification sheets with more detailed information about our products, is used as the regular information supplied to an established customer.

Showroom Allowance
When the opportunity arises for a client to place in their facility our HandiSOLUTIONS products as part of showroom display, we shall offer a 10% account credit to Master Dealers and Distributors of all items purchased for this use as a onetime, opening order. The credit would be calculated from the applicable price list. To receive the credit, the end user simply supplies photography of the display as shown within its facility once in place.

Sales and Marketing Tools Continued


Private Label Opportunity
HandiSOLUTIONS offers a private label opportunity to Master Dealers and Distributors that allows the seller to display their company name and/or logo on a plastic nameplate that is made for attachment to a majority of the HandiWALL accessories. Typical design and tooling costs for creation of the nameplate insert is $295, finalized once we receive the artwork for review. The purchase of the inserts is separate from the tooling, so noted within the applicable price lists.

Volume Sample Requests


On occasion, customers ask for larger sample and/or products than our current sample kits can accommodate. In these instances, requests exceeding $150 in product value and freight require a purchase order. A credit shall apply should a Master Dealer or Distributor place an order ten times the amount of the volume sample request within 90 days of receipt.

Email Marketing
We use industry leading technologies for our marketing campaigns, this is a very effective and secure email service. Providing maximum delivery of our mailing lists and has measuring capabilities allowing us to analyze the performance of all campaigns. Through these email campaigns we highlight and promote new products, mention special offers and / or discounts, offering sales, marketing tips and cover general company happenings.

Trade Account Credit Authorization


Custom Plastics, Inc. extends normal trade credit terms of net 30 days from shipment date to credit worthy customers. To qualify for our credit terms, prospective customers complete and sign a Credit Application that is used by Custom Plastics, Inc. to investigate and assess the applicants credit history to grant credit terms. Prior completion of a credit assessment, customers may receive product from Custom Plastics, Inc. under the prepayment terms of cash in advance or purchase by a credit card. Credit is a privilege for customers who must maintain the authorization by adherence to the credit terms allowed. To provide further assurance of compliance to terms by prospective customers, a valid credit card and customer authorization for use is expected with the credit application. If credit is established for the customer, and subsequently payment is not made within a reasonable period of terms, the credit card is charged for the purchase amount. Late payment of account balances will result in a finance charge assessed on any past due balance. Upon receipt of a prospective customers credit application, a customer credit file is established, and inquiries are made to credit references and bank contacts that have been provided. A third party credit report may also be obtained from a credit-reporting agency. The information obtained from the credit investigation is maintained confidentially in the customers credit file for as long as the business relationship continues between the customer and Custom Plastics, Inc. On the results of the credit investigation, a credit limit is established, or a plan to establish credit is proposed. This may be a progression to full credit by cash in advance for the first order or two, then half payment in advance with the balance due in 30 days, and finally, full authorization of credit terms. Credit limits and terms may be modified from time to time based on the actual payment history that Custom Plastics, Inc. experiences with the customer.

HandiSOLUTIONS Warranty
HandiSOLUTIONS, 1940 Lunt Avenue, Elk Grove Village, IL 60007 (Manufacturer) warrants to the first end-user only that the enclosed product is free from material and workmanship defects under normal, household use at time of purchase and for ten years thereafter. Any claim under this warranty and any obligation of the Manufacturer hereunder are conditioned upon the Manufacturer receiving written notice from the first end-user of any alleged defect within thirty (30) days after its discovery by the first end-user and the issuance by the Manufacturer of a return goods authorization. Defective product or part must be returned, freight prepaid, to the Manufacturers address along with proof of purchase. Upon receipt of the afore said, the defective product or part will be repaired or replaced at the option of the Manufacturer without charge to the original purchaser and returned to the customer freight collect. This limited warranty does not apply to damage resulting from accident, neglect, misuse, commercial use, alteration, operation not according with instruction or repairs made or attempted by unauthorized persons. This limited warranty applies only to the product enclosed and does not apply to accessory parts. THE MANUFACTURERS LIABILITY HEREUNDER IS LIMITED SOLELY TO THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR PART AND THE MANUFACTURER SHALL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHICH MAY RESULT FROM ANY DEFECT IN MATERIAL OR WORKMANSHIP OR FROM THE BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or a limitation of how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which may vary from state to state.
