PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT AS A STRATEGIC MANAGER 7001

LEARNING OUTCOME Introduction: The world largest Foods Company which is known by the name of McDonalds is operating more than 119 countries and it has more than 1.5 million employees in its about 31,000 restaurants. And the raw material, finance and other resources are often use of franchisees. This organization used many kind of combined strategies and planning for its success and for its growth to get maximum market shares. Be able to identify personal skills to achieve strategic ambitions 1.1Analyse the strategic direction of the organization Any organization only can survive in a competitive market only if it has good marketing plans that are highly related to the current market. Sometimes a strategy may be look good but this cant be enough for the success of the business and to increase profitability. So these types of strategies are not applicable in the organization where different cultures and different employees with different minds. And it searches the talented people from the whole world for its success. And due to relation with different countries they also come with different cultural values, different languages, ethnicity and education. But these organization manages how to sale products in the competitive market without affecting the cultural environment and its sensitivity. For example the Indian people did not eat meat. So McDonalds sue to some religious reasons. And they view the cow as a deity. So in Indian market the McDonald did force its employees to produce the meat and beef burger as they produce for Americans. So they introduce vegetable burger in Indian markets. And there are also different taste and cultural differences. So companies design the goods to meet the differences. And people like their attitude towards production of such goods. And they also take in mind the religious and traditional days. And this increases its sales and market shares.

1.2Evaluate the strategic skills required of the leader to achieve the strategic ambitions

The ability of any person to influence a group of people toward the accomplishment of said objectives or vision. It is called leadership. And the people who use and appraise the employees for achievement of such goals are called the managers. And the managers are the person who always trained the people. And when we have to develop the leadership we should have to learned the informal and societal approaches and opportunities.

this firm. The main problem for the McDonald was salaries of the labor. He decided to improve its labor by technology and it replaces the human labor. And he decided to use youthful labor and that was proved very beneficial for it. And they develop good relation with their customers and raise the sales every year. And they also start the campaign for popularity of its products. 4.2 Discuss how a staff welfare environment can affect achievement of organizational objectives: Community and family values? When McDonald gets success in the America he started expansion in late 1960s in medium size towns. And it appeals to cleanliness and provide friendly services to the white customers. And in 1969s the community of black people boycotts the McDonald products and protest against the new opening retardants of its.
