Manage $2 million yearly budget for daily operations of data center. Designed and tested disaster recovery plan to address emergencies at the data center. Utilize county network and facilities to execute closed circuit television (CCTV) and security access. Accomplishments Developed and built centralized data center for Clerk of Courts Office; led transition from a wholly manual office prior to 1992 to an electronic office. Saved nearly $1 million by spearheading overhaul of telephony services including use of VoIP.

 Secured and implemented, after thoroughly researching costs and services, a new Internet Service Provider (ISP) for the county to provide Internet and email services. Appointed by Chief Justice Thomas J. Moyer of the Supreme Court of Ohio to the Supreme Courts Advisory Committee on Technology and the Infrastructure / Interoperability Subcommittee; tasked to develop and implement a centralized data collection center to share data across all Ohio courts.
