d by the following terms and conditions: The competition will be run on the @AudiPolo twitter account (www.twitter.com/Audipolo). The competition opens at 1400hrs on 22.07.13 and closes on 1700hrs on 23.07.13. To start the competition, there will be a question from the @AudiPolo account including a question and the hashtag #AudiInternational. The individual will be required to correctly answer the related question to win and to include the hashtag #AudiInternational in their response. Winners will be informed by 1700hrs on 24.07.13. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, to ask us for a copy of the information held by us on our records and/or to require us to correct any inaccuracies in your information. The prize mechanic is as follows: Individuals will enter the competition for a chance to win a pair of tickets to the Audi International Polo Guards Polo Club, Windsor Great Park, on 28 July via the Audi Polo twitter profile (www.twitter.com/Audipolo) - @AudiPolo. To start the competition, there will be a question from the @AudiPolo account including a question and the hashtag #AudiInternational.The individual will be required correctly answer the related question to win and to include the hashtag #AudiInternational in their response. The competition closes at 1700hrs on 23.07.13 and the first 25 people to reply will be selected as winners using Twitter hashtag tracking. The 25 winners will be contacted by twitter direct message by 1700hrs on 24.07.13 Employees of Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited, their agents or contractors or Volkswagen Group brand retailers or anyone else connected with the promotion are excluded from entry and from being a guest for the prize. Only one entry per person. Multiple entries or entries made through agents, third parties, organised groups or any entry duplication method will not be accepted. The competition is open to all adults aged 18 and over in the UK. There will be 25 winners entitled to a pair of tickets to the Audi International Polo at Guards Polo Club, Windsor Great Park, on 28 July 2013. Meals, beverages, entertainment, spending money, travel to and from the event, personal insurance driving to and from the event any other costs and expenses whatsoever are not included in the prize unless detailed above and must be paid for by the winner. The Promoter will also not take responsibility for loss of, or damage to, personal possessions, or injury, including death, other than due to its negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or anything else that cannot be excluded by law, while the winner is travelling to or from the event. The Promoter, or its designated agent (as defined in clause 20 below), will contact the person who made the winning nomination twitter direct message by 1700hrs on 24.07.13 Should there be no response within 24 hours of the first message, another winner may be chosen at the Promoters sole discretion without any liability to the winner. Thereafter, in the event that any winner is unable to participate in the prize for any reason they must notify the Promoter or its designated agent immediately. In this circumstance, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to another entrant. The Promoters decision is final. Winning entrants may be required to produce valid photographic identification on request by the Promoter. In the event that the same entrants name is drawn for a second or third Prize, another entrants name will be drawn until a different entrants name is chosen. The name of the winner and the prize won will be made available on receipt of a self-addressed pre-paid envelope received by the Promoter before 30.08.13. No responsibility is accepted for entries that are illegible or lost, delayed or damaged electronically, online or otherwise during the competition. Entries that are not submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions and/ or that are delayed, damaged, incomplete, altered, illegible or otherwise defective will be disqualified. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. There are no cash alternatives. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to fulfil all elements of the promotion stated but will not be held responsible for failing to fulfil certain elements if beyond the control of the Promoter. In particular, the Promoter reserves its right to substitute any prize with a prize of equivalent value in the event of circumstances outside of its control. The winner also accepts that the first prize could be rescheduled, cancelled or suspended for any reason whatsoever beyond the control of the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant[s] it believes not to be participating within the spirit of the promotion or suspects of participating in any unfair or unjust behaviour. The Promoter reserves the right to use its discretion in all respects and to enforce any penalty or sanction it deems appropriate. The Promoter reserves the right to feature the name, photograph and location of the prize winners (and their guest) in any future marketing materials, website publications, promotions and/or prize draws.
