INTRODUCTION

Realize or not, we are in problems about healthy life. It because of our bad lifestyle. There are three part of ourselves. The body or physical that need nutritions, appropriate weight, adequate rest and proper stress management. The mind or emotional needs selfsupportive attitudes, positive thoughts and viewpoints and a positive self-image. We also need to give and receive forgiveness, love and compassion; you need to laugh and experience happiness; you need joyful relationships with yourself and others. And the last part is the spiritual requires inner calmness, openness to your creativity, and trust in your inner knowing. And for some it requires having a relationship with a higher power.

THE BODY

Definition According to the World Health Organization (WHO), Health is a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being.1 Interestingly enough, health is not simply defined as just the absence of disease. The actualdefinition of Healthy Living is the steps, actions and strategies one puts in place to achieve optimum health. Healthy Living is about taking responsibility and making smart health choices for today and for the future.2

How do We Lead a Healthy Life ? First thing that you need to take care is have a healthy diet. Avoid sweet and fatty foods. We need to eat food on time. Dont skip any meals. It does more harm to the body than good. Eat small meals frequently. It helps maintain a proper metabolism for your body. If we eat too much at one go, then there will be a negative impact on our body. We need to drink enough water in order to have proper digestion. Avoid drinking alcohol or smoking. Our body needs proper rest and sleep to remain healthy. We need to make sure that we sleep at least eight hours per day. It helps us keep fit and avoid diseases. Exercising makes it easy to control our levels of sugar and avoid diabetes. It strengthens our bone density too. Exercising reduces the risk of a variety of deadly diseases. It enhances our immune system. We need to avoid stress as much as you can. Stress is a silent killer. It can kill our body and we will not even realise it till it is too late. The first step to avoid stress is to make an effort to do so. We must not ignore any signals. Balanced diet and exercise can help us avoid stress to a great extent. Friends and family are helpful too.

Advantages of Healthy Life We don't have to be an expert to live a healthy living. The guidelines for living healthy are relatively simple.2 Where people go wrong is that they fail to stick to them. This should come as no surprise though, especially when you consider all of the unhealthy food choices society has to offer that can derail even the healthiest of lifestyles. There are four advantages of healthy life.3 1. Energy Having more energy is an advantage that often goes overlooked because it's just not easily noticeable. If we take a moment to think about it though, we'll notice that we actually do have a lot more energy throughout the day. We don't find ourself slowing down at work, and we even have plenty of energy left to exercise after getting back home. Having this extra energy has the benefit of keeping us from settling down on the couch for long periods, and instead gets we up and active, and thus, allowing us to burn more calories. 2. Stamina If we're out of shape and living an unhealthy life style, then we probably get reminded of this every time you walk up a flight of stairs or have to do any time of activity that gets our heart rate moving faster. When we're healthy, rather than feeling winded after a walk up a flight of stairs we actually feel good, and most likely don't even notice the effort. Having stamina also mean having great sex as well, and should be inspiration enough to start living better. 3. Being slim Its never been fashionable to be overweight and theres no indication that it will be anytime soon. When we live a healthy life style, one with proper diet and exercise, we maintain a healthy and slim weight. But even better, finding clothes that fit properly will be hassle free. In addition, we wont have added concern of worying about out-growing them in the waist. 4. Not getting sick People who live healthy lifestyles have stronger immune systems and a stronger ability to fight off disease. In addition, if they have surgery, their chances of coming through it succesfully are nearly double taht of an unhealthy person for the same

reasons mention, as well as the fact that the surgeon wont have extra task of cutting through too many layers of fat tissue.

Constraints of Obtaining a Healthy Life Constraints can function like addiction.5 However, most people coming home from the grocery store in July feel compelled (or constrained) to get the ice cream into the freezer. That is constraint with a positive result. Unfortunately, some people take these too far and destroy their mental health.

Example of constraints with negative results could be children who must play another game or finish watching the video before doing what needs to be done.

Adults can also avoid action. What is keeping you from living a healthy life? Rich Schefren has some suggestions. Do you believe you have made mistakes and now need huge amounts of information? Do you believe you must do everything perfectly? Do you believe you are not good enough? Do you believe you need more information, even though you are drowning in what you have?

These beliefs tend to center around mistakes. You can let mistakes cripple you.

Or you can choose to believe that mistakes are just mistakes. Mistakes are not an indicator of your worth. If making a mistake robbed people of their value, no one would have value because everyone makes mistakes.

Recommendation For the things that can help us to live in healthy life, we need to do it from now because its not just help ourselves, but our future.

CONCLUSION

Healthy living is a combination of many things, including good nutrition, regular exercise and a positive attitude. For more ideas on improving important life skills and your quality life, try some of the other skills courses, such as assertiveness training, improving self-image, and stress management. No matter how small you start, you can make a change and an improvement in your life.
