Employment Agreement

THIS AGREEMENT made as of the ____day of________, 20__ , between ______________________ having its principal place of business at ______________________. (the " EMPLOYER "); And _________________________, of the ________________________ in the Province of _____________________________. (EMPLOYEE)

WHEREAS the Employer desires to obtain the benefit of the services of the Employee, and the Employee desires to render such services on the terms and conditions set forth. IN CONSIDERATION of the promises and other good and valuable consideration (the sufficiency and receipt of which are hereby acknowledged) the parties agree as follows:

1. Employment The EMPLOYEE agrees that he will at all times faithfully, industriously, and to the best of his skill, ability, experience and talents, perform all of the duties required of his position. In carrying out these duties and responsibilities, the EMPLOYEE shall comply with all EMPLOYER policies, procedures, rules and regulations, both written and oral, as are announced by the EMPLOYER from time to time. It is also understood and agreed to by the EMPLOYEE that his assignment, duties and responsibilities and reporting arrangements may be changed by the Employer in its sole discretion without causing termination of this agreement. 2. Position Title As a _____________, the EMPLOYEE is required to perform the specific duties to be explained by the EMPLOYER and undertake these following responsibilities in a professional manner. Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the EMPLOYEE. 3. Compensation (a) As full compensation for all services provided the employee shall be paid at the rate of ______________. Such payments shall be subject to such normal statutory deductions by the EMPLOYER.

4. Probation Period It is understood and agreed that the first ninety days of employment shall constitute a probationary period during which period the EMPLOYER may, in its absolute discretion, terminate the Employee's employment, for any reason without notice or cause.

5. Company rules and Regulations All existing as well as future rules and regulations issued by the EMPLOYER are hereby deemed incorporated with this contract. The EMPLOYEE recognizes that by signing this Contract, He/She shall be bound by such rules and regulations which EMPLOYER may issue from time to time. On signing this contract, the EMPLOYEE acknowledges his/her duty and responsibility to be aware of the rules and regulation of the EMPLOYER regarding his/her employment and to fully comply with this in good faith.

6. Disciplinary Measures On signing this contract, EMPLOYEE hereby recognizes the right of the EMPLOYER To impose disciplinary measures or sanctions which may include, but are not limited to, terminations of employment, suspensions, fines, salary deductions, loss of privileges, for any and all infraction, act or omission, irrespective of whether such infraction, act or omission constitute a ground for termination. 7. Confidentiality It is the responsibility of the EMPLOYEE to ensure that no information gained by virtue of employment with the EMPLOYER is disclosed to outsiders unless the disclosure is for necessary business purposes and pursuant to properly approved and written agreements. Confidential or proprietary information of others should not be accepted by the EMPLOYEE on behalf of the EMPLOYER, unless it is necessary and pursuant to the same sort of written agreement. Confidential information is any information belonging to the EMLPOYER that could be used by people outside the company to the detriment of the EMPLOYER. Appropriate steps should be taken by the EMPLOYEE in handling all the business information of the EMPLOYER in order to minimize the possibility of unauthorized disclosure.

8. Separability Clause If any provisions of this document shall be construed to be illegal or invalid, they shall not affect the legality, validity and enforceability of the other provisions of this document, the illegal or invalid provisions shall be deleted from this document and no longer incorporated herein but all other provisions of this document shall continue.

9. Entire Agreement This contract represents the entire agreement between the EMPLOYER and the EMPLOYEE and supersedes all previos oral or written communications, representations or agreements between the parties
