As promised, I am forwarding you the documents I promised regarding research on American education. I have been fighting the education battle since I retired from the Navy in 1979, so I am grateful for your interest. Stearns and others did not care. You indicate you do. This fight is personal for me because education is destroying this country.. State Representative Keith Perry and I have discussed my concerns regarding education. During one such conversation, Representative Perry said he needed my help writing the changes need to Floridas education law, FS 1003.42. The attached documents reflect this effort. Researching FS 1003.42 reminded me the information and philosophy taught in todays public school students will affect the philosophy of government and this countrys future for generations to come. Research into Florida' Education statute reveals FS 1003.42 has a Florida title but DOE bureaucrats and others ideologically dictate the Marxist-Humanist curriculum. There is an ongoing long-term effort by the federal education establishment, Marxist one-worlders, taxexempt foundations, and others to destroy this country and its constitution by conditioning, indoctrinating, and preparing future generations to give up their sovereignty and accept global governance under UN auspices. To accomplish this task it is necessary to revise history, destroy American values, and create dependency through planned ignorance thus achieving the long-term goal of making people susceptible to socialist slavery. The curriculum has nothing to do with literacy or education, as most people understand it. It has everything to do with indoctrination designed to question and separate Americans from their heritage, Declaration of Independence, Constitution and Bill of Rights. Given your interest in education, this working paper is different from the one I gave to Representative Perry. This revision includes Information in the relevant history section regarding the Council of Foreign Relations, its agenda, and its influence on American education at the federal level. Juxtaposing the literacy and educational standards of the eighth grade 1895 and 1954 civics requirements against todays standards explains the answers you received to the question you posed when you went to Washington. What kind of government do we have? I returned Friday from two days in Washington and asked several Washington staffers what form of government we had. As expected, they answered a democracy. We have a lot of work to do for if the people in government do not understand what form of government we have (a Constitutional Republic) how can they lead?

If we can undermine these three areas, America will collapse from within." Public education and FS 1003.42 as it exists today accomplishes all three. Lenin also said, Medicine is the keystone of the arch of socialism and The goal of socialism is communism. Now we have Obamacare. The national education curriculum of which FS 1003.42 is a part reflects the Marxist Humanist ideology used in the classroom today to indoctrinate future generations and transform this country. This has to stop. Killing the DOE is a good start. The length of time this battle for the hearts and minds of Americans has been ongoing tells me the legislators who wrote FS 1003.42 were products of an educational system designed dumb them down. Their ignorance of our founding and their constitutional responsibilities (willful or otherwise) made them useful idiots who ignored the 10th Amendment, their responsibilities to their constituents, and made them forsake this countrys future for pieces of silver coming from Washington. As currently written, FS 1003.42 achieves the long-term goals of No Child Left Behind and its successor, Common Core, both of which are UN and Agenda 21 driven and designed to program Americans by stealth to accept melding this country into a world of global governance over time. The information provided is designed to give you is you an understanding of the ongoing threat to our constitution and way of life, why the DOE must go away, and what must be done to turn this country around. Furthermore, I trust you meant it when you said you take your oath seriously. I believe you want to preserve our freedom and constitution for future generations. There is a lot of work to do to turn this around. I support your effort to kill the DOE and stand ready to do anything I can to help. I want my country back. I also want to restore the honor of those who fought and died for this country and its constitution. They did not fight and die to have their country taken over by the enemy they fought against 50+ years later.
