Senior Essay presentation/defense will be held from June 17_ July 24 /
2013. One presentation will be completed with in thirty minutes of
which fifteen minutes are allotted to presentation and the remaining
fifteen minutes are assigned to comment/ suggestions, questions and
answering.
Therefore, you should be communicate with your advisor and arrange
the time in which presentation/defense will be conducted. Moreover,
we highly encourage you to use any alternatives for presentation
including power point, projector or hardcopy etc. depending on your
research nature and your comfort as well.

you to organize your presentation and get yourself ready for

We had planned to start Senior Essay presentation/defense by June 17_ July
24 / 2013. However, some of the following students listed below had not yet
submitted their papers. This will be affecting the planned timing for the
students grade submission to the registrar thereby to the University
Senate for graduating students.
The coordinator believes that this behavior should not affect those students
who were timely submitting their papers. Therefore, I am kindly requesting
