** ** ** ** The Regional Convenors are hereby instructed to conduct Second Counseling for the left over vacancies at the specified venues as per the following schedule for admission of students into 1st Year Degree in AP Residential Degree College (Men), Nagarjunasagar and Silver Jubilee Govt. College(A) (Men), Kurnool. They are further instructed to constitute a Counseling Committee duly following the admission rules of the Society.

The Regional Convenors are directed to follow the instructions given for the conduct of the First Counseling vide reference cited. The Call letters of the candidates reported for the 2nd Counseling and did not get admission have to be collected by taking their request letters to give them a chance and their willingness for admission in the arising vacancies. At least two mobile numbers of the candidates have to be taken on their call letters in order to inform them whenever the vacancy arises. All such reported but no seat call letters have to be sent to the Convenor immediately after the Counseling duly preserving a list of their details with them. The Regional Convenors are further instructed to mail the Bidders and the Vacancy position of the 2nd Counseling to the apreis@rediffmail.com without any delay. The receipt of the Proceedings should be acknowledged.
