Sit at the front desk to answer all phone calls to provide information to customers and employees. Assist
applicants with application process. Translate when necessary during interview process. Administer testing for
all industrial and clerical applicants. Interview and screen candidates to ensure a best-fit situation with the
customer and particular positions. Administer testing to evaluate skills and qualifications. Review results and
place the most qualified candidates for positions. Formatting resumes, running background checks, and
completing drug tests. End assignments as necessary. Orientate all applicants regarding company policies
and procedures. Familiar with Worker’s Compensation law and practices. Ensure there is no unemployment
liability. Ensure quality customer service to expand, retain, and acquire new business. Represent Manpower at
community engagements such as career fairs. Also, cover our onsite manager at one of out plants when
needed; helping our associates with any issues or concerns that they may have during the time I’m there.
