This declaration must be signed by individuals practicing or trained to practice a profession or trade which corresponds in Quebec to one of the following regulated profession or trade: Professions governed by a professional order (if you are physician, consult and sign the Declaration by a graduate of a medical school outside of Canada and the United States); Regulated trades in the construction industry (governed by the Commission de la construction du Qubec); Vocational qualifications regulated by Emploi-Qubec (regulated trades outside the construction industry); Professions in financial sector (governed by the Autorit des marchs financier). Please refer to the list of professions and trades appearing on the back to check if you need to sign this declaration.

I understand that: obtaining a Qubec Selection Certificate (CSQ) does not in any way guarantee that I will be authorized to practise my profession or trade in Qubec; in order to practise my profession or trade in Qubec, or to use a reserved professional title, I must obtain a permit or certification from the regulatory body that governs the practice of my profession or trade in Qubec; in order to obtain this permit or certification, I must submit to the requirements established by this body, and that I may not meet these requirements or may only partially meet them; the degree earned in my country or in another country, or the permit or certification issued in my country or in another country or in another Canadian province or territory, does not automatically give me the right to practise my profession or trade in Qubec; I may have difficulty obtaining access to bridge training in order to meet the standards established by this regulatory body in order to eventually obtain the right to practise my profession or trade in Qubec; in order to practise a profession governed by a professional order in Qubec, I must have an appropriate level of knowledge of the French language, pursuant to Article 35 of the Charter of the French Language; as soon as possible, I must contact the regulatory body that governs the practice of my profession or trade in Qubec if I intend to practise my profession or trade in Qubec.
