hereby declare that I have taken note of the requirements for obtaining the permit or the certification that will authorize me to practise my profession or trade in Qubec. Fact sheets providing information on those requirements can be found on the following website: www.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/en/employment/regulated-professions/index.html. I understand that: obtaining a Qubec Selection Certificate (CSQ) does not in any way guarantee that I will be authorized to practise my profession or trade in Qubec; in order to practise my profession or trade in Qubec, or to use a reserved professional title, I must obtain a permit or certification from the regulatory body that governs the practice of my profession or trade in Qubec; in order to obtain this permit or certification, I must submit to the requirements established by this body, and that I may not meet these requirements or may only partially meet them; the degree earned in my country or in another country, or the permit or certification issued in my country or in another country or in another Canadian province or territory, does not automatically give me the right to practise my profession or trade in Qubec; I may have difficulty obtaining access to bridge training in order to meet the standards established by this regulatory body in order to eventually obtain the right to practise my profession or trade in Qubec; in order to practise a profession governed by a professional order in Qubec, I must have an appropriate level of knowledge of the French language, pursuant to Article 35 of the Charter of the French Language; as soon as possible, I must contact the regulatory body that governs the practice of my profession or trade in Qubec if I intend to practise my profession or trade in Qubec.
