February 5, 2013, directing respondents to comment on the
subject petition-in-intervention filed by petitioner-in-
intervention SJS President Alcantara within ten ( 1 0) days from
notice. Thus, the OSG has until March 18, 2013 to file the
required pleading.
2. Considering that said petitioner-in-intervention

already prayed for a further extension of thirty (30) days from

petition-in-intervention.

WHEREFORE, it is respectfully prayed of this Honorable
Court that this manifestation be noted and the OSG be
granted an extension until April 3, 2013, within which to file
a consolidated Comment for the present petition-in-
