Scientific facts are observations that been confirmed repeatedly through controlled experiments and statistics and are accepted as true and has not been refuted. It play an important role in constituting to todays doctors work and understanding regarding human anatomy, evolution and progression of diseases, mutations during embryological growth and others. Thus, evidence-based medicine evolved in which doctors use the most recent and best evidence honestly, precisely and rationally in making decisions about care of individual patients. History of evidence-based can be dated back to the 19th century. Both individual clinical expertise and the best available external clinical evidence from systemic research are integrated in the practice of evidence based medicine.4 Evidence based medicine acts as a helpful check-sheet to ensure that nothing important has been overlooked.6 Scientific facts helps doctor to know what to do in the basic.

"A second aspect of science which can make a major contribution to us as physicians, is the truism that the whole scientific tradition constitutes a powerful antidote to authoritarianism." CMA JOURNAL/MARCH 15, 1982/VOL. 1267

However, this is only the tip of the iceberg of a doctors work. There are yet much to be known and discovered by the scientist. Diseases such as Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, Multiple Sclerosis, Asthma, Lupus and Rheumatoid Arthritis are still without cure. Moreover, clinical decisions and methods of patient care are based on much more than just the results of controlled experiments. Clinical knowledge consists of interpretive action and interaction.3 Despite diagnosing and giving treatment, doctors work involves a lot of other factors such as values, teamwork, research, patient-physician relationship, management and practical.2 Physician should not only understand the disease but also the patient.5 Thinking is unavoidable in the work of doctors. Scientific facts just help in understanding. More are to be explored and discovered by doctors throughout different cases and experience. Every human is unique. Patients are generally slightly different from the classic descriptions of disease in the books.1 Translation of patient's history, life, and emotions to biomedical variables and statistics are not easy and therefore, specific methods need to be designed to grasp the cultural gaps that sometimes distort diagnostic clarity, symptoms as experienced by the patient, and talk as material for scientific analysis.3
