INTRODUCTION Being the son of a music promoter, my time was usually divided between being on the road and being home alone; and this began at a young age. On the road I was allowed much time to think and let my imagination soar, I felt free; this gave me the attitude that the world is my oyster and I can achieve anything I desire, all I have to do is be willing to go get it. Being forced to stay at home (many trips I couldnt take with my father) did just the opposite, I felt confined, the walls and the ceiling above barred my imagination from soaring; thats when I began to create. With my alone time I began draw and paint, I wrote short ten page novels to let my father read during the times he were home, and I the entire hose as the universe for action figure-action flicksso in reality my imagination never really stop soaring. Since my soaring imagination has taken places as child, I visualize where it could take me as an adult, therefore, I find it difficult to accept jobs that doesnt help magnify my vision; I need to feel free. Everyday must be a new day; I work hard to see daily progress, I challenge myself to be ten times better than yesterday, and Im always aware that Im moving towards my goals, it keeps me honest. School has been an important element in my life; it has taught me how manage time, its taught me the importance of organization, and it has taught me resili-

ence. But there is one thing neither school or books can teach thats how to live. I truly believe the only way to experience life, is towell, experience life. Its important to be bruised and cry sometimes; thats a motto I live by, it reminds me that Im living. With one more semester remaining in my undergraduate career, Los Angeles is the only way to go for me. Ive trained for the acting field my entire college career; Ive taken psychology classes to understand the importance of character, Ive taken marketing classes to get gist of advertising myself as business, and acting classes to have the developed confidence in the demanding field, not to mention my 26 years of life experience . As far as Im concerned Im ready for the world of acting in L.A. My imagination, thoughts, and dreams, have taken me from a small city in New York, to performing on college stages, to being involved in HBO films, and now Im on the road to Los Angeles, California. Although throughout my grade-school years I wasnt the most disciplined student, that all changed in college, and I have deans list certificates to prove it. Im hard working, disciplined, and focused, and anything less than being an asset in the film industry is coming up short.

Professional Statement
Right now and hopefully for 70 years to come, I stand before all; ambitious, resilient, dedicated, and confident. These are the characteristics needed to gain the attention of agents, managers, casting directors, and sponsors in the film industry; therefore, my character is what I use to my advantage to complete my objective of entering the film industry. My pink collar experience consists of jobs in sales, customer service, and film; but what Im most proud of is my college experience. Ive done volunteer work for Broadways Wizard of Oz when it toured Jacksonville Florida; Ive done over seven stage plays including: Twelve Angry Jurors, Offices, Almost Maine, and more. I have been involved in fashion shows, HBO films, film competitions and much more. Classes Ive taken to help better my acting career have included: stage movement, voice technique, public speaking, stage directing, and plenty more. Once adjusting to college life, if I didnt make the deans list, I more than likely just came short of it. Ultimately my skills developed from college and daily life has broken ground for who I am today. As far as my future is concerned, I plan to begin my career in the film industry in L.A. as soon as the end of 2013.

This coming fall is my final semester, which Ill be wrapping up with three social science classes and the capstone class. Each class I chose focuses on psychology, which I feel is one of the most important attributes of an actor. Marketing (minor), Theater, and Psychology (major) are all the necessities I feel are needed to be successful in the acting business; psychology teaches me about character, theater shows me how to become those characters, and marketing teaches me how to share those characters with the world. My driving force is not to just in Californiabeing that, its where my dream rests. become a good actor, but to be an innovatorto be historical. After graduation I plan to put the skills to the test

Personal Statement :

In such a saturated market such as acting, finding someone whos well rounded in character is ironically difficult. Many people who want to enter the business havent lived; therefore, they lack life experiences, while portraying a given character they have nothing to relate too, and many of those same people have a one dimensional point of view. So what have I done I've lived.

After overcoming many environmental Right off the planes runway to the stage obstacles in Rochester New York, and runway, I knew I had setbacks throughout my grade school to do everything within my power to years, I was told I wouldn't receive stay afloat while 2,000 much in life; June 2005, at the age of miles away from home. school 18, I received my high school diploma, taking Besides up most of my
time; I worked part time jobs, auditioned in multiple cities for movie parts, television jobs, theater gigs, and much more. I have taste defeat, gotten a glimpse of success, lost old friends and made new ones, and I feel I have yet to begin.

From Rochesters streets, music studios, college class rooms, promotional tours, Floridas runways and stages, movie screens, nine-to-five s, and my next stopthe big city of dreams, Los Angeles, I've livedand Im not even 27 yet. Not only am I motivated, hardworking, resilient, and sometimes hard headed; Im experienced and focused. Im ready for whatever difficulties shall come way, and I vow to never stop trying until the day Im satisfied.
